To summarize the differences between American English and British English by listening to the related information.（重点） 2. To use expressions of asking for clarification by applying them into a conversation.（难点） 3. To build up students' confidence in learning English. 设计的教学目标没有很好地遵循ABCD（audience, behaviour, conditions, degree）原则。 教学过程： Step 1: Lead-in (2 mins) Watch a short video about the different words that the British and American use. 通过视频导入，辨认视频中的两位人物谁是英国人，谁是美国人，接着教师提出问题：What causes the misunderstanding?同学们意识到这是英美音之间的不同造成的，由此引出本课时的话题。 Step 2: Before Listening (1 min) Our goal is to sure whether or not you can make a dialogue based on what we heard and what we learned today. 在听听力之前，教师先给同学们交代本节课的主要任务是什么。符合任务型教学法的操作流程。 Step 3: Listening for the 1st time (3mins) Before you listen, I have a tip for you: pay attention to the key information. 第一遍听回答三个问题。 Step 4: Listening for the 2nd time (3mins) Step 5: Listening for the 3rd time (5mins) 学生重新听一遍录音，这遍要求同学们记下如何请求对方澄清的句型。 在讲解句型的同时让同学们注意语音语调。 Step 6: Learning about the differences between British and American English. (12 mins) 学习英美英语之间的区别 Differences between British and American English： vocabulary, spelling and pronunciation 通过图片和单词的例子了解英式和美式英语在词汇、拼写和发音方面的区别。 以小组形式进行巩固 感觉这里好像少了一部分 Step 7: Practice (11 min) Work in pairs and choose one or two pairs of the words that have learned. Create a situation to make a dialogue between a British and a student who learns American English. Try to use expressions to ask for clarification. Step 8: Self-assessment 看了很多优质课之后发现很多课最后都会有一个自评表，现在突然不知道自评表的意义到底是什么了，单纯是作为一节课的总结还是说会收集大家的学习结果，下一节课进行针对性的讲解呢？ Homework: 教学反思： 教师对教材文本进行了整合。设计意图：通过听力文本让学生明白自己作为非英语国家的说话者了解英美英语之间的差异很有必要；听力训练中着重培养学生找关键信息，找细节信息，渗透对语音语调的指导；在生成中，将所学用到自己的对话中。 不足之处： 导入部分自己抛出的问题是没有必要的，可以让学生自己发现。 总结环节，考虑到时间问题，思维导图直接呈现出来了。 学科网（北京）股份有限公司 $$
