邀请信 A Letter of Invitation 一、概念 邀请信主要是邀请外国朋友参加宴会、舞会、晚宴、音乐节、展览等各种文化活动的信件 2、 要求 ①叙事- -定要清楚、明白 ②要写清四个方面的内容 1.除问候外,交代写信的背景或原因和目的； 2.活动的主题、时间和地点； 3.活动的具体内容或安排； 4.期待对方接受邀请。 三、邀请信段落分布 ①开头段（问候+背景+目的） 背景 Knowing that you are interested in .... now I' m very glad to tell you that .... 知道你对.... .感兴趣,我现在非常高兴地告诉你..... 目的 It is my honor to invite you to participate in .. 能够邀请你参加....是我的荣幸。 As a result, I' m writing to invite you to ...因此,我写信邀请..... ②片中段（主题句+时间地点+意义） 主题句 Here is a brief introduction/schedule about ..这是关于....的简要介绍/计划。 时间、地点 The activity is going to be held+地点+时间这个活动将在某时某地举行。 意义 The activity aims/intends to ..这次活动的目的是......
