Task 2 Advice Column
I always feel angry or frustrated even when I create one single problem, or even if it isn't a problem and seems so to me. I tried explaining all my little problems hoping that would solve everything. I want to be a bit more relaxed, like all the other kids my age. I even got a nickname "old man" by my best friend. I can never relax and my shoulders always end up really, really, tense. And they're always hunched up like I'm scared or something. Right now too. What can I do to just relax and not take everything so seriously?

I really struggle with the fact that I don't have free rein with how much screen time I get. I only get time on the weekends and I have to earn it by clearing the dishwasher every morning. Sometimes this gets really annoying since most of my friends have no limit at all. Please help!

Advice Column
My entire life I've focused on making sure my friends feel included, happy, loved, wanted and needed. I don't know how to say this but I don't have anyone to talk to when I'm stressed, angry or sad. Everyone always thinks I'm happy. I can't tell my parents, they just laugh because they think my problems are cute, funny, or silly. I don't talk to other adults cause I'm shy. I don't think I'll ever meet someone that understands even if I explain all my problems to them. I have too many problems.
