特殊疑问句 ( 一 、特殊疑问句 ) 就句中某一部分进行提问的疑问句叫特殊疑问句。特殊疑问句的引导词主要有what,who whom,whose,where,when,why,how 等。特殊疑问句句末一般用降调。 1)普通特殊疑问句：由特殊疑问词引导，主要用来询问信息。 When shall we start the new programme? 我们什么时候启动新项目?
