Module 5　Look after yourself Unit 2　Get off the sofa! 设计说明 围绕“How can we keep healthy?”这一话题让学生进行自由交谈，由此导入新课，引导学生谈论怎样来保持健康，为后面学习课文打下基础。根据课文内容，设置速读、精读，加深学生对课文的理解，具体设置的活动有搭配、速读内容并说出主要内容、精读各段并填写句子、判断正误、回答问题等，通过一系列的活动，让学生对课文有深入的理解。完成课本中的练习，检测学生对课文的掌握情况。之后，通过对课文中的重难点知识进行讲解，加强学生对语言的驾驭能力。接下来，引导学生运用所学知识，以“My rules for a healthy life”为题写短文。最后设置适量的练习，检 查学生对本单元的掌握情况。 教学目标 通过本单元的教学，让学生达成以下目标： 1. 知识目标 (1) 学习本单元的新单词及短语：thanks to, health care, expect, require, physical, effort, once in a while (2) 掌握重点句型： ①Thanks to better health care, most people are living healthier and longer lives. ②To keep fit, you have to walk at least 10,000 steps every day. 2. 能力目标 (1)能读懂有关健康生活的文章； (2)能给人们提出有关健康生活的建议； (3)学会写有关健康生活的短文。 3. 情感目标 学会健康生活，培养学生热爱生活和积极乐观的生活态度。 重点难点 重点：掌握本单元的重点单词、短语和句型 难点：能读懂有关健康生活的文章；能给人们提出有关健康生活的建议；学会写有关健康生活的短文 教学准备 PPT课件；教材活动2的录音 授课时数 2课时 教学过程 Step 1　Lead-in 1.
