类型七 道歉信 道歉信是因为自己的过错或有事无法赴约而给对方带来了麻烦和不利影响，因此向对方道歉并请求对方原谅的信件。要向对方诚挚地解释自己的不当行为或者无法答应对方的原因。写作结构如下： 道歉信 第一段 表明写信意图，向某事表示歉意 第二段 说明道歉的具体原因 第三段 再次表明歉意，请求原谅，并提出补救措施 高分策略之词汇： 一 单词 道歉 apologize v. 及其，非常 extremely 不便 inconvenience 遗憾 regret 原谅 excuse 饶恕，宽恕 forgive 十分，很 awfully 麻烦 trouble 真诚的 sincere 道歉 apology n. 二 短语 给你带来不便 cause you inconvenience 因某事向某人道歉 apologize to sb.for sth./make an apologize to sb.for sth. 向...说对不起 say sorry to 接受我的道歉 accept my apology 为某事原谅某人 forgive sb.for sth. 并非故意做某事 have no intention to do sth. 弥补；赔偿 make up for 给你带来许多麻烦 cause you much trouble 犯这样愚蠢的错误 make such a stupid mistake 更加小心 be more careful 承担责任 be responsible for/shoulder/undertake the responsibility 下不为例 never let it happen again 遵守承诺 keep one’s word/ promise 到机场接某人 pick sb.up at the airport 安排另外一个时间 fix another time 让我感到很遗憾 much to my regret 高分策略之句式： 一 高分开头： 1. I’m terribly/awfully sorry I couldn’t reply to your email in time. 十分抱歉我不能及时回复您的邮件。 2.It is much to my regret that I missed the chance to get together. 错过了在一起的机会，我感到很遗憾。 3.1. I'm truly sorry to tell you that.…., and I’m writing to express/convey my deepest apology to you... 很抱歉告诉你……，我写信向你表达我深深的歉意。 4. I am writing to owe you an apology for being unable to... 我没能……,我写信向你道歉。 5. I am terribly sorry for what I did, but believe I didn't mean to... 对于我做的事，我感到十分抱歉。但请你相信,我并非有意要…… 6. I apologize most sincerely for what I said that day. I didn't mean to hurt you. 我诚挚地为那天我说的话向你道歉。我不是有意伤害你的。 7. Please forgive me for not being able to inform you. 请原谅我没能通知你。 8. I am indeed sorry for what I said, but believe I had no intention to... 对于我说的话，我确实感到很抱歉。但请相信，我并非故意要......。 9. Please forgive me for a stupid choice of words. 请原谅我说话欠妥。 二 高分中间段： 1. I feel awfully sorry about it and I wonder if it's convenient for you to make it another time. 为此我感到非常抱歉，我想知道你是否方便另约时间。 2. Much to my regret, I was unable to.….and I wish that my apology could help to some extent.
