(2)—When is your father's birthday?—His birthday is on April 21st. 教学 重难点 让学生熟练掌握序数词的构成方法及用法。 教学过程 ◆Step 1　Revision Show the pictures and make students say and spell the words. 设计意图 通过检查作业的方式,让学生练习对日期的描述,还能让学生学会关心家人。 Teach the new words and make students remember them. ◆Step 2　Grammar Focus 1.Read the sentences in Grammar Focus together. 2.Analyze sentences in Grammar Focus and summarize the grammatical knowledge. ◆Step 3　Language point 询问他人生日日期:When is+形容词性物主代词∕名词+“'s”所有格+birthday? “名词+'s”所有格主要用于有生命的名词的所有关系,意为“……的”。 序数词:表示人或事物先后顺序的数词。 序数词的用法: 序数词前一般要加定冠词the。 I live on the second floor.我住在二楼。 序数词常用来修饰名词,但当名词前有形容词性物主代词等限定词时,序数词前不用定冠词。 Today is my thirtieth birthday.今天是我的三十岁生日。 序数词前有时也可加不定冠词a ∕an,这时表示的是在原有基础上的“又一个;另一个”。 a second time再来一次 ◆Step 4　Work on 3a Read the questions and answers,then match the questions and answers.
