中考英语专题训练—冠词 一知识梳理 （1） 不定冠词使用： 1. a：辅音因素开头的单词，需要在前面加不定冠词的时候要用a，比如a pig，a book等； an：元音因素开头的单词前要加不定冠词时，要用an，如an apple，an egg等。 2.值得注意的是，判断到底是用a还是用an是根据读音，而不是字母。 如university，useful等，他们虽然首字母都是u，但是读音是辅音，当需要在前面加不定冠词时应该是a university，a useful tool； uncomfortable，umbrella，unhappy等开头发音是元音，所以应该是an uncomfortable story，an umbrella，an uncomfortable feeling； 像honest，hour等虽然是h开头，但是发音是元音，所以要用an，an honest boy，an hour。 3.在一些固定搭配中，a必不可少。在考试中经常见到的有 do me a favor帮我个忙 give me a hand 向我伸出援手 4.a 加序数词表示“又一个，再一个”I’m still hungry,please give me a second apple.“我还是很饿，请再给我一个苹果”，这里a second表示再一个。 （2） 定冠词the 的使用 1. 特指的，前文中提到过的人或事用the； 2. 表示方位的时候，在学校的南方in the north of school，需要在方位词前面加the； 3. 在和表示弹奏西洋乐器时，如play the piano弹钢琴，play the violin拉小提琴，play the guitar弹吉他等，play+the+西洋乐器； 4. the+形容词，可以表示某一类人，比如the old老年人，the rich富人，the young年轻人； the+名词单数，表示一类人或事； the+姓氏的复数，表示一家人或夫妻俩，the Mikes麦克他们一家，麦克夫妇 the+年复数形式，表示某年代，in the 1990s在九十年代 5. the+序数词表示第几 the second lesson第二节课，the ninth Olympic Games第九届奥运会； 6. 出现形容词最高级时，要在形容词做高级前面加the，“China is the best country in the world”best是最高级要在前面加the； （3） 不用冠词的情况 1. 某些专有名词前不加the，人名，地名国家等，“China is the best country in the world”China前不用加the。 2. 早餐/午餐/晚餐前不加冠词，have breakfast/lunch/dinner； 3. 表示进行球类运动时候，不加冠词，play basketball打篮球，play soccer踢足球，play volleyball打排球等，球类运动前不加冠词。 4. 表示在周几/某月/某个季节时，周几/某月/某个季节前不加冠词，on Sunday在周日，in spring在春季，in January在一月份，这些不用加冠词。 5. by+交通工具表示乘坐某交通工具时，交通工具前不加冠词，by bus/bike/car/plane等等。 6. 固定搭配at noon/night/dawn 在中午/晚上/黎明，在at后面冠词。 （4） 特殊情况冠词的位置 1. 用what开头表示感叹的句子，需要把a/an放在what后面，what a wonderful day！多么美好的一天 2. 用how来修饰的时候，需要把冠词放到形容词后面，how beautiful a girl she is！她是多美的一个女孩啊！ 3.such修饰人或者物的时候，需要把冠词直接加在such后面，such a smart boy这么聪明的一个男孩。 二 选词填空 1.
