The text type is a column article. In the text, three students from different countries expressed their understanding and positioning of 18 years old. The lead-in activities before reading help students clarify the legal age to do different things in our country, activate students' existing knowledge of legal age, and pave the way for the study of the text. Reading activities test students' ability to understand text titles and extract key information.
