Language aims: 1) Learn and grasp the names of family members. 2) Learn to introduce and identify people. 3) Learn and grasp the usage of demonstratives this, these, that, those 4) Vocabulary: father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, brother, sister, parent (s), grandparent (s), friend 5) Target language: This is my sister. That is my brother. These are my parents. Those are my grandparents. 2. Ability aims: 1) Ss can introduce their family members and others using the key vocabulary and the target language learned in the class. 2) Train Ss’ communicative competence. 3) Train Ss’ ability of listening, reading, speaking, writing. 3. Moral aims: 1) Enable Ss to know that they should respect their parents and help with housework. 2) Have a good time with family members in spare time.
