Unit 8 it must belong to Carla. 第一课时（教学设计） 教材 分析 What：三段关于做推断（Make inference）的对话。第1段对话推测物品是谁的；第2段推测书包的主人；第3段是讨论物品遗失，根据事实进行合理推测。 Why：1a通过学生对物品根据要求分类，既复习了表示物品的名词，又引出must用于推测物品归属的语言表达。1b通过提供听力训练重点句型: Whose volleyball is this? It must be Carla's./It must belong to Carla.来谈论物品所有。1c提供运用目标语言的示范性口语对话。 2a-2c通过推测书包的主人，提供理解目标语言在对话中运用的听和说的练习。2d通过谈论“丢失的书包和推测它可能在什么地方”，进一步练习巩固情态动词表示推测的用法。 How：围绕单元话题“Make inference”，分别就“物品归属物，谁的物品？及某人的物品在哪里？”展开语言听说训练。从语法结构上，引入用情态动词表示不同程度的推测；从语言结构上，训练归属讨论句型结构:Whose volleyball is this?
