So I decided to take action.I cut off many carbs (含碳水化合物的食物).I ceased drinking sugary soft drinks which can make people gain weight quickly.I started eating more vegetables in my diet.My mom weighed 130 pounds two years ago.In order to lose weight，she gave up fast food and ate vegetables instead.She is now around 107 pounds.She succeeded in losing weight through eating more vegetables and less fast food.And that was why I started eating more vegetables.I also learned to eat less fast food.Within 3 to 5 months I lost 55 pounds.I am still losing weight now but at a slower rate than that when I started changing my diet.I'm confident that my weight will drop to a normal level.
