1. 介绍购物情况；

2. 反映存在问题；

3. 提出解决⽅案。

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m Li Hua, one of your customers. I’m writing to convey my dissatisfaction concerning the disappointing experience in your store.

It was not until yesterday that I received them though I ordered them two weeks ago, leaving me waiting for such a long time. In addition, so poorly packed up were the books that the cover of one book was torn, which upset me a lot. To make matters worse, it is not a complete set with one book missing.

Consequently, the factors above taken into account, it’s requested that you should offer me a full refund as compensation. Looking forward to your early reply.
