【建议信】

建议信是作者就有关问题进行分析并针对这些问题提出自己的看法和建议，写给个人，就其遇到的某个问题提出自己的看法和观点’写给某个组织机构，就改进其服务提出建议或忠告。

【布局谋篇】

建议信一般分为三个部分：

段 1：开门见山，陈述观点

常用句式：

①After reading your letter where you described your dilemma,I am sorry to know that ...

②I’m writing to share some advice/opinions with you... / I am trying to make some conductive suggestions ...

段 2：分析问题，提出建议

常用句式：

①I think it would be more beneficial if you could... 虚拟语气

②When it comes to a suggestion,I would like to...

③As far as I’m concerned,it would be wise to take following action...

段 3：呼应开头，重申观点

常用句式：

①I wish that you could take my advice into account/consideration... 虚拟语气

②I hope that you will find these proposals/suggestions/recommendations practical/useful/helpful...

③I’m willing to discuss the matter successfully

假设你是李华，你喜爱的英语学习报 Colorful English 创刊五周年之际征集读者意见，请你根据以下内容给主编写封信，主要包括：

1.说明你是该报的忠实读者

Dear Editor-in-Chief,

Congratulations on the 5th anniversary of Colorful English!

I’m a regular reader of your newspaper. I like it so much that I hardly miss any copy.

There are many advantages of Colorful English. Firstly, it covers various international news with selection of good words and sentences. By simply turning the pages, I can both know important things that have happened in the world and increase my vocabulary. Besides, it is also helpful to get audio resources through scanning QR codes.

Eager to know more about English culture, I suggest that Colorful English provide introduction and appreciation of foreign literature works.

Finally, I hope that Colorful English will become more and more popular.
