Unit 7 知识点 1. How much…? 询问物品价格，物品既可以是可数名词，也可以是不可数名词。相当于What’s the price of+名词？ (1) —How much is+单数可数名词/不可数名词？ —It’s+价钱。 e.g. —How much is the book? —It’s five dollars. (2) —How much are+可数名词复数？ —They are（They’re）+价格。 e.g. —How much are these pens? — They are twenty yuan. How much还可以用来提问不可数名词的量。 · How much milk do you want? 你想要多少牛奶？ · Two glasses. 两杯。 How many用来提问可数名词的量, 后接可数名词的复数。 How many students are there in your class? 2. socks“短袜”，通常以复数形式出现，类似的词还有trousers（裤子），shorts（短裤），shoes（鞋），gloves（手套），jeans（牛仔裤），glasses（手套） 这类名词表示“一双（副；对）” 时，要用a pair of…修饰，这类词组做主语时，其谓语动词的单复数要根据pair的数来变化，而不是由pair后面的名词决定。 e.g. There is a pair of socks in the box. Can I help you?的用法（高频考点） 是向别人提供帮助时的常用句型，意为“需要帮忙吗”，其肯定回答为：Yes, please. 否定回答为：No, thanks. 同义句型有：What can I do for you? May I help you? 5. How about this one? one的用法 one代替前面提到的单数可数名词。 辨析：one与it one 泛指 代指前文提到过的同类事物中的一个，复数为ones。 it 特指 代替刚提到过的同一个事物 e.g. Your pen is quite nice. Where did you buy it? I want to buy one, too. Where is my pen?
