备战2024年中考【语法考点梳理+真题必刷】 (过去进行时) 【考点概述】过去进行时表示过去某个时间或某段时间正在发生的动作，谓语部分由was/were +现在分词构成。是中考的必考时态之一。 Partl考点梳理 考点一、过去进行时的用法 ①表示过去某个时间正在发生的动作 I'm sorry I didn't answer your call because I was doing my homework at that time. 很抱歉我没有接你的电话，因为当时我正在做作业 ◇He was taking a shower at eight last night.他昨晚八点在洗澡。 ②过去某段时间正在发生的动作 I was searching for information on my project the whole morning. 我整个上午都在寻找有关我项目的信息。 令He was working the whole day yesterday..他昨天工作了一整天o ③用过去进行时表示事件发生的背景。 They were talking about the new film when the teacher came into the classroom. 当老师走进教室时，他们正在谈论这部新电影。 ◇The girl was reading Wechat while walking across the street那个女孩在过马路的时候看微信。 ④特殊用法： ◇He said he was reading books.他说他在看书。（时态呼应→主过从必过） Unfortunately,when I dropped in,Professor Smith was just leaving,so we only had time for a few words 不幸的是，当我顺道拜访时，史密斯教授正要离开，所以我们只有几句话的时间。 (过去进行时表过去将来的概念) 考点二、过去进行时的时间状语 ①at nine last night在昨晚9点（引申：过去进行时与过去时间的具体时刻连用） ②at that time=at that moment在那时 ③at this time yesterday在昨天的这个时候 考点三、过去进行时与when/while连用时，主从句的时态选择及when/while的区分 1 1.主从句的时态选择 ①表示故事发生背景的正在发生的动作用过去进行时：表示突然发生的短动作用一般过去时 ◇ When Mary came to see me yesterday,I was listening to the music. 玛丽昨天来看我时，我正在听音乐。 I was playing computer games when my mother came back. 我妈妈回来的时候我正在玩电脑游戏。 ②while引导的时间状语从句，主从句都用过去进行时，表示两个动作同时发生。（此时只能用 while连接) He was still working on the problem while his classmates were having a rest in the next room. 当他的同学们在隔壁房间休息时，他仍在解那道题。 2.when/while在于过去进行时连用时的区别 ①wen后从句的动词可以是延续性的也可以是非延续性的。 ◇I was having lunch when he came in.(非延续性动词) ◇When I was having lunch,the phone rang.(延续性动词) ②while后从句的动词必须是延续性动词。 令The power broke down while we were having an English lesson.当我们上英语课时，电源坏了。 He was sleeping while we were watching TV.我们看电视的时候，他正在睡觉。 Part2真题必刷 一、单项选择 l.(2023湖北恩施.中考真题)-I called you last night,.but nobody answered..What were you doing at this time yesterday? -Oh,sorry!I the piano.
