Altogether, it only cost us both RM60. I was very excited and wanted a window seat on the left of the bus so that I could look outside. I had finished my packing and was ready but I could not sleep peacefully that night thinking about what I might have forgotten. By 8.30 a.m., we were at the bus terminal. It was crowded and hot. People seemed to be everywhere. We actually had to push our way through the crowd to get to the bay where our bus was. I felt sweaty and thirsty. Fortunately, our bus was air-conditioned so we felt better as soon as the bus started. We left at 9 a.m. on the dot. I was impressed by such punctuality! The bus was not full. The seats were quite comfortable. We could even recline our seats and stretch ourselves out to sleep. But I definitely did not plan on sleeping!
