读文章第一段,习得以下技能:
(1)本段第二句中使用 anxious与 terrible,突出表现了对方的担忧情绪。
(2)本段连用三个句式: You wrote that…; I understand quite well that…; You think that…可看出作者在建议信的开头,语气比较委婉礼貌,三个宾语从句的使用突显了作者使用高级句式表达的功底。
