同位语从句是名词性从句的一种,在句中起同位语的作用,常位于fact, doubt, order, hope, wish, idea, news,promise,opinion,suggestion,truth,conclusion等表示抽象意义的名词后面,对该名词的具体内容做进一步的说明。

that引导同位语从句时在从句中不作任何成分,只起连接作用,但是不可省略,也不可用which替换。
