应用文结尾段五大高分技巧      应用文写作从内容上分解为主题引出、主题和拓展信息三大部分，完成了三部分的主体内容之后，如何结尾就是最主要的任务了，写出好的结尾内容来升华主题是取得高分的不二秘诀。下面笔者将使用以下五种不同写作微技巧方法来具体阐述18类应用文的结尾写法，以期起到抛砖引玉的作用。 一、直接法  为了在各种应用文体中实现体现简洁而又明白的总结, 直接法可以较好完成这一任务, 直接法往往是简单句, 这些简单句往往语意非常强烈, 给人留下深刻的印象。 1. Looking forward to your favorable reply. （用于邀请信的结尾） 2. You are warmly welcome to pay a visit to China in person! （用于邀请信的结尾） 二、假设法   有些应用文的结尾，往往不是正面呈现，而是使用假设的手法，比如使用条件状语从句、虚拟语气甚至虚拟倒装的特殊形式来作为结尾表达手法，假设法的使用可以给交际双方留有回旋的余地，使语篇更加体现交际性。 3. Should you be kind enough to give me any help, I would be grateful to you.  (虚拟倒装句用于求助信的结尾) 4. I will be more than thrilled if you take my advice into favorable consideration. （用于建议信的结尾） 三、事例法       一般说来，应用文的结尾部分往往是虚写为主，因为虚写可以起到简洁明了，让阅读者一目了然的效果，但是有些时候，出奇制胜使用实写的手段可以使应用文最后部分具有“豹尾”的特点，给人赏心悦目的感觉。 5. Long distance separates no bosom friends and let's long for next get-together. Best wishes to you.  (用于分别之后感谢信的结尾) 6. You are supposed to send your email to LiHua @163.com no later than next Friday. Exceedingly    anticipating your active involvement.  （用于答复咨询的回复信的结尾） 四、祝愿法   祝愿法是最能够实现交际目的的结尾方式，因为它比较礼貌表达了写作者的良好愿望，可以用来表达祝愿的句型有I hope that..., I wish that..., I expect that...和It is my hope/wish that...等表达方式，而后面的内容则可以根据不同的交际目的随机生发。 7. I hope you can find my recommendation useful and wish you big progress in Chinese.（用于推荐信的结尾） 8. I highly expect the experience to be rewarding, perfectly mixing learning and fun.  (用于活动介绍课的结尾) 9. It is our sincere hope that you can come and join us.
