If you were one of the crew members, would you trust Shackleton? Why or why not?
I would trust him.
Shackleton is a calm, wise, selfless, responsible, fearless, genuine, persistent, determined, optimistic leader and explorer. These qualities made his crew members trust him because they knew he wouldn’t abandon his men on the island and would risk his life rescuing them.
