Unit 3 Weather Lesson 15教学设计 课时 本课教学目标： 1.根据学生感兴趣的地方，激发学生的学习兴趣,使他们能主动积极地参与课堂活动。 2.根据示范，培养应用所学知识描述天气情况的能力。 3.通过设计的各种活动，调动学生的积极性。 教学重难点 1.通过创设情境，给学生创造运用所学知识进行语言交际的环境，培养学生语言运用能力。 2.体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式。 教学步骤及过程： 一、复习旧知，导入新课： 1、Greeting: Good afternoon boys and girls. 2、Lead-in:出示太阳图片，对学生提问：Is it sunny today?引入课题Weather。 二、新知传授，落实目标： 1、播放五5与本堂课所授单词有关的视频，让学生初步感知：hot、cold、windy、rainy、snowy，初步接触句型：It’s______. 2、Let’s chant: ①Chant: O O /ɒ/ /ɒ/,O O /ɒ/ /ɒ/,Let’s go hot, hot, hot, hot. 展 示：hot，It's hot. 提 问：What's the weather like today? It’s hot. ②Chant: O O /əʊ/ /əʊ/,O O /əʊ/ /əʊ/ Let’s go cold, cold, cold, cold. 展 示：cold，It's cold. 提 问：What's the weather like today? It’s cold. ③Chant: i i / I/ /I/,i i /I/ /I/ Let’s go windy, windy, windy, windy. 展 示：windy，It's windy. 提 问：What's the weather like today? It’s snowy. 用chant的形式教授5个新词：hot、cold、windy、rainy、snowy。 这一环节，加入音标，让学生感知、学习音标，培养学生自主拼读英语单词的能力；Chant的形式，也会让学生对英语单词记忆深刻。 3、游戏：Let’s pick apples.摘一个自己会读的单词，然后带领全班读。 通过这个环节，对词汇进行巩固，使学生对知识的掌握更加牢固，为后面进行句子的学习打下坚实的基础。 4、通过各种不同天气的图片，教授句子： It’s_________. It’s snowy. 通过这个环节，让学生形成最基本的交际能力，能将所学知识运用到实际生活中去。 4、游戏：Lucky Box, PPT出示不同难度的宝箱，让学生自主选择 通过这一环节，可以检测学生对词、句的掌握情况，且抽宝箱的形式，能激发学生兴趣，进而引起学生学习英语的兴趣。 三、自主学习，合作探究： 1、Pair work: Let’s go and get the name. 通过这个环节，让学生将所学的知识进行实际操练，提高学生的语言应用能力。 四、总结归纳，作业训练： 1、出示五种天气图片，小组竞争，看看那个组能说并且说对的单词最多。 2、Let’s say good-bye to the weather.
