Module 2 Unit 4 Can you swim

教学目标

1.通过本课时的学习,学生能够初步掌握单词run, write, swim, fly的意思,,能用句型Can you …询问别人能够做的事情。

2.通过与同学的交流,学生能够发掘同学更多的爱好,如play football, skip rope, play chess 同学们能够对课外活动的爱好产生兴趣。

3.通过巩固复习,学生能够对同学进行简单的问卷调查,询问Can you...并做基本的调查统计。

学情分析

本次教学对象为小学二年级的学生,他们年龄在7-8岁左右,热爱英语小游戏,对英语故事产生浓厚的兴趣。他们喜欢课堂朗朗上口的chant,但是他们的注意力还不够集中,容易分神,故教师在设计教学时,充分考虑了孩子这一年龄特点,采用故事教学与歌曲相结合的教学方式,让学生能够轻松愉快地掌握知识点。

3重点难点

重点:1. 学生掌握单词run, write, swim, fly的发音,特别注意字母i 的开音节与闭音节的发音。

          2. 用句型Can you …询问别人能够做的事情。

难点:1.swim的发音,注意i和m的发音技巧。

           2.如何询问别人并做问卷记录。

4.1 第一学时

4.1.1教学活动

活动1【导入】Sing　a　song　歌曲齐欢唱

Teacher plays the song " What can you do" for the students. 教师通过播放歌曲,让学生进行热身活动,让同学们对不同的兴趣爱好 如:run  swim,play the piano等有初步感知。

活动2【导入】Let｀s　review

教师活动:

Show the picture of diffrent hobbies " skip" "fly a kite" "ride a bicycle" and "sing" "dance"

 学生活动:

Talk about the pictures.

I can....(I can skip\ I can sing.)

设计意图:复习有关爱好的旧知识(一年级学过的内容),再现学生学过的知识,为后面的拓展做铺垫。

活动3【讲授】Presentation　1

教师活动:

Show the PPT and talk about my friend Kitty.

T:Who is she? Can she run?

Teach the word: run, write, swim, fly

学生活动:

Watch and read.

设计意图: 通过引出自己的朋友Kitty,进入主题,同时教授语音知识。

活动4【讲授】Presentation　2

(1)Listen and match.

教师活动:Play the pictures of the book and then learn the context.

               T: Who is she?

               S:She is Mary.

              T: What can she do?
