Step 1 Greeting & Warm up
1. Greeting
T: Hello, boys and girls.

T: Hi/Good morning/Good afternoon, S1.
S1: Hi/Good morning/Good afternoon, Miss Deng.
2. Greet in pairs
S1: Hello, S2.
S2: Hello, S1.
S3: Good morning/Good afternoon, S4.
S4: Good morning/Good afternoon, S3.
3. Listen to a song
T: You’ve done a good job. Now let’s listen to a nice song.
【设计意图:让学生结合上课时的实际时间状况打招呼,带动学生在课堂开始时的学习热情,配合英文歌,做一个很好的热身。】
Step 2 Revision
1. “Good morning” and “Good afternoon”
T: How do we use “Good morning” and “Good afternoon”? Look at the pictures, and say “Good morning” and “Good afternoon” quickly. (播放课件)
2. Who are they?
T: Look, who are they? Let’s say “Hello” to them.
S: Hello, Mike/Miss Li/Su Hai/Liu Tao.
3. Act out Story time
T: Look at the pictures and try to act them out.
T: If you can say the words, you can get one star; if you can act with right gestures, you can get two stars; if you can act with tone and emotion, you can get three stars.
