Language points (1) Sally thinks game shows are more educational than sitcoms. educational /edʒu'keɪʃənl/ adj. 教育的；有教育意义的 educational 是多音节形容词，比较级是more educational，最高级是most educational。它的发音以元音音素开头，所以前面的不定冠词要使用an。 e.g. This is an educational movie. 这是一部具有教育意义的电影。 It is the most educational book I have ever read. 这是我读过的最有教育意义的书。 (2) Do you plan to watch the news tonight? plan /plæn/ v. & n. 打算；计划 (1)plan to do sth. 计划/ 打算做某事 e.g. Lisa plans to draw a new picture next week. 丽莎计划下周画一幅新画。 (2)作可数名词，意为“计划；打算”。 e.g. We need to make plans for the future. 我们必须规划未来。 [针对训练] The villagers plan ______ a new bridge over the river.
