People are performing dragon dance(舞龙).
It describes the scene of the Chinese Lantern Festival. It marks the final day of the Lunar New Year(春节). Activities include visiting a lantern fair(逛花灯), guessing lantern riddles(猜灯谜) , watching the dragon dances, and eating yuanxiao or tangyuan(吃元宵), which symbolises reunion, harmony and happiness.
