This is your pen, isn’t it? ①反意疑问句由yes或no引导的简略答语来回答,若事实是肯定的,用yes, 若事实是否定的,则用no。 ―He is your teacher, isn't he? ―Yes, he is./ No, he isn’t. ②在“前否后肯”的句子中,答语yes的含义为“不”,no的含义为“是”。 ―He can’t swim, can he? ―Yes, he can./ No, he can't. 【拓展】 ①不定代词everyone,someone,somebody,everybody等作陈述句的主语时,附加问句的主语在正式语体中用he,在非正式语体中用they。 Someone went home, didn’t he/they? ②this,that,something,everything,anything,nothing以及动词不定式(短语)、现在分词(短语)等作陈述句的主语时,附加问句的主语常用it。 This isn’t a good book, is it? ③当陈述句中出现had better时,附加问句用 hadn’t。 You’d better ask the policeman, hadn’t you? ④当陈述句中带有never,hardly,few,little,nothing,nobody,none等这类否定词时,附加问句要用肯定形式。 They’ve never been there before, have they? ⑤当陈述部分为祈使句时,附加问句一般用“will you?”。 Open the window, will you? ⑥以Let’s开头的祈使句,问句用“shall we?”;但以Let us开头的祈使句,问句常用“will you?”。 Let’s meet outside the school gate, shall we?
