Present some photos of the teacher’s trip to lead in the topic—travelling. Tell the Ss: I like travelling and I’ve been to many different places. Let me show you some photos of my trip. Briefly introduce the photos. e.g. I took this photo when I was in ... Step 2 Presentation 1. Ask the Ss some questions. After the Ss answer the questions, continue to ask them a question: Write the places of interest the Ss say on the Bb. 2. Tell the Ss: Let’s look at the pictures on page 21. There are places of interest from around the world. Some of us have been to the Great Wall in China. We’ll learn about the other places. 3. Present the six pictures and introduce them to the Ss.
