Step1 Lead-in:

1. free talk

1) How long has Mr Chen lived in Sunshine Town?

2) What has the government done to part of the town center?

3) Why does Mr Chen think it’s impossible to see his old friends as often as before ?

2. Present perfect tense from their own answers.

Step2 Presentation

1. 现在完成时由“have/has + 动词过去分词形式”构成。现在完成时态主要在以下两种情形下使用:（1）表示过去开始并持续到现在的动作或状态；（2）表示过去已完成对现在有一定影响的动作。

肯定形式为：主语 + haven /has + 过去分词

否定形式为：主语 + haven’t /hasn’t + 过去分词

疑问形式：Have/ Has + 主语 + 过去分词 …？

肯、否定回答：Yes, 代词 + have/has.  No, 代词 + haven’t/ hasn’t.
