Section Ⅴ　Writing 关于人物或事物介绍类的文章 此类文章就是用生动形象的语言将人物、事物、景物等的特征和性质生动地刻画或描绘出来，如闻其声，如临其境。写这类文章应注意以下几个问题： 1．描写目的要明确，围绕主题，重点突出； 2．描写细节要生动具体； 3．表现手法要灵活多样，切忌平铺直叙、缺乏变化； 4．时态多为一般现在时，也可穿插其他时态；人称为第三人称。 1．人物的外貌特征 good looking，funny­looking，ordinary­looking，blue eyed，tall，short，slim，big eyes，curly hair，beautiful，pretty，lovely... 2．人物的感情行为 like，love，be interested in，be fond of，hate，dislike，be tired of，lose interest in，happy，excited，pleased，angry，sad，worried，disappointed，frightened... 3．动物描述 cute　　　　　 可爱的 fluffy/furry 毛茸茸的 cuddly 毛茸茸的，令人想拥抱的 tame 温顺的 ferocious 凶猛的 agile 敏捷的 carnivorous 食肉的 herbivorous 食草的 omnivorous 杂食的 1．Being kind and helpful, she always enjoys helping others out. 善良和乐于助人，她总是喜欢帮助别人。 2．She gets on well with almost everyone and is always welcome wherever she goes. 她和几乎所有的人相处得很好，无论走到哪里，她总是受到欢迎。 3．In his spare time, he spends lots of time listening to music and reading novels. 在业余时间，他花了很多时间听音乐和读小说。 4.... is one of the scarcest animals. ……是最稀缺的动物之一。 5.... are cute animals. They live in the forests or the mountains and they eat... for food. ……是可爱的动物。 他们生活在森林或山脉中，他们吃……作为食物。 6．They are a lovely precious animal, we should pay more attention to protecting it. 它们是一种可爱的珍贵动物，我们应该更加注意保护它。 根据提示，完成一篇英语短文。 1．中国大熊猫，非常可爱； 2．栖息地、生活习性、食物等； 3．生存现状。我们应该保护它们。 注意：1.内容必须包括所有要点，但不能逐点翻译。 2．词数80左右。 Step One　审题谋篇 1．文体：说明文。 2．人称和时态：第三人称，一般现在时。 3．结构：分两部分。第一部分，栖息地 、生活习性、食物等。第二部分，生存现状及保护情况。 Step Two　词汇运用 1．大熊猫　　　　 Giant Pandas 2．黑白相间 black and white 3．濒临灭绝的动物 endangered animals 4．……的数目 the number of 5．欣赏它们 enjoy them Step Three　句式表达 1．完成句子 ①Chinese Giant Pandas are cute animals． 中国大熊猫是可爱的动物。 ②They live in the forests or the mountains in the south in China. 他们生活在中国南方的森林或山中。 ③Even some are being sent to other countries. And people there can enjoy them. 甚至有些被送往其他国家。 那里的人们可以欣赏它们。 2．句式升级 ④将①②用定语从句合并为一个句子。 Chinese Giant Pandas are cute animals，which live in the forests or the mountains in the south in China. ⑤将③用状语从句的形式改写。 Even some are being sent to other countries so that people there can
