Qomolangma is the world's highest mountain, located at the border between China and Nepal. Qomolangma attracts many climbers, and some of them are highly experienced mountaineers. There are two main climbing routes, one approaching the summit from the south-east in Nepal (known as the “standard route”) and the other from the north in China's Tibet.
