I need to strengthen my legs all the time because I depend on my legs more than any other player. My neck needs to be always strengthened. The same goes for my teeth. The paddle should not move at all between my teeth because if it does, I lose everything. It was quite difficult playing table tennis after the accident,” Hamadtou recalled, “I had to practice hard for three consecutive（连续的）years on a daily basic training.
