Step 2
Read a short summary of Mike’s story and try to guess the meaning of the underlined new words.
Mike got himself in a very awkward situation when he attended a party. He was so embarrassed that his face blushed. However, he managed to find a very clever way to handle it and saved his face eventually.
Step 3
Activity 1
Listen to the dialogue and complete the part about Mike’s embarrassing situation and his way to handle it. Take notes about the key information.
Activity 2
Listen again, and answe
