以特殊疑问词 how 开头的疑问句，can 是情态动词，后面跟动词原形,对方式进行提问。

2. Follow the rules and stay safe on the road!  马路上遵守交通规则，保证安全！ 此句是以 follow 开头的祈使句，祈使句是用来表示请求/命令/建议的句子。

变否定形式是直接在句首加 Do not / Don’t，其余部分照抄（如有some 要把它变成  any）

举例：Don’t touch it !  别碰它 ！

Don’t be late again.  别再迟到了。
