Unit 1 Can you play the guitar？ 语言知识归纳： 1.Can是情态动词；情态动词+V原；can do= be able to do能够做某事；able adj.→ability n. 短语*have the ability to do sth =be able to do sth.有能力做某事 eg：①He was able to work out the question at last. ②He was born an artist, he has an ability to draw whatever he sees. 2.play v. 玩→player n. 选手/播放机/选手 ①表示演奏、弹奏（乐器）,接表示乐器的名词时，名词前需加定冠词“the”. eg: play the piano/violin/drums/guitar ②表示参与运动、进行比赛，接球类、棋类名词，名词前不加任何冠词。 eg: play basketball/soccer/ping-pang；play chess 注：一日三餐、球类棋类运动名词前不加冠词。 3.sing a song /songs唱歌→singing/singer n. →a singing contest 一个唱歌比赛； eg：①She always practice singing songs at home, she wants to be a famous singer in the future. ②I am going to take part in a singing contest at the TV station. 4.dance v. 跳舞 n.舞会→ dancing n. 跳舞→dancer n. 舞蹈家 *用法：dance本身就是“社交舞会”的意思,不可再赘加party.表示“在舞会上”用介词at,不用in.   There is a dance this evening. There is a dancing party this evening.  She and I first met at a dance. eg: ① Many American girls take part in sports, dancing and singing groups. Many Chinese girls take part in academic(学术的)groups. ② She is good at dancing，she must be a dancer in our school. 5.draw v. 绘画,画画→drawing n.→drawer n.抽屉,制图人; eg: ① Take out a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle. 拿出一张纸，在中间画一条线。 ②I don't believe it’s good to put on the drawing here.-I move it over there? -Do you think it will look better? 6.动词speak/talk/tell/say区别： ① say 及物动词，意为“说、讲”强调说话的内容，宾语可以是名词、代词或宾语从句. *say sth (to sb) (对某人)谁某事； say +宾语从句； eg：He said hello to me with a smile. ② speak及物动词，意为“说（某种语言）”speak+语言名词(Chinese/French/English……) *English-speaking说英语的；speak不及物动词，意为“演讲、发言；speak to sb 和某人说话; eg: Does anyone speak English here? 这儿有人会说英语吗? ③ tell及物动词，“讲述、告诉”后面常加双宾语或复合宾语。 *tell a lie /lies；tell a story /stories；tell the truth； *tell sb about sth告诉某人关于某事（的情况） *tell sb sth / tell sth to sb告诉某人某事； *tell sb（not） to do sth告诉某人（不要）做某事； eg:Our teacher told us to work hard to achieve the Chinese dream. ④talk不及物动词，意为“”说话，交谈，指互相之间的
