1. 能读、会写6个表示课外活动的词组:play sports, draw pictures, play chess, dance, sing songs, read books.
2. 能够灵活的运用句型What are you going to do after school?及回答I’m going to …来进行有关课外活动的口语交际。

【教学设计】
本课是Unit 3 After School Activities的Lesson 2,主要学习一个句型和复习一些关于课外活动的单词,通过做游戏、问答等方式进行教学,培养学生热爱英语的兴趣和主动参与学习的积极性。
【教学过程】
一、教学导入
1. 师生间做一个简单的问候。
2. 教师出示有关课外活动的单词卡片,让学生齐读词组并拼读,帮助学生回忆词组。
3. 师生对话:
T: What do you do on Sunday?
S1: I sing songs on Sunday.
S2: I play chess on Sunday.
T: What do you do on Thursday?
S3: I read books on Thursday.
S4: I draw pictures on Thursday.
二、新课呈现
1. 教授句型What are you going to do after school? 及回答I’m going to …
(1) 教师播放A部分的录音,让学生仔细听录音,找出录音中能听懂的词组和句子。
(2)模仿录音的语音语调学说问句:Lily, what are you going to do after school? 并指着单词卡片中的“draw pictures”,对学生说:Lily is going t
