She is at home.等。 2.（老师可以进行适当的引导）之后让学生自己想象两句话的联系，如何组成一句话，从而引入原因状语从句。 1、 什么是原因状语从句？ 请用生活中的经验举几个回答原因的句型？ Key：1、用表示原因的连词连接一个句子作状语，这样的主从复合句就是原因状语从句。常见的引导关系词为because, as, since 等 看图造句，请使用原因状语从句because 来描述图片。比一比，看谁描述的最好，描述最好的，奖励课后少做5道题哦！ 提示词：rain; at home Keys: Because it is raining, she is at home. 提示词：sing songs listen to Keys: Because he is good at singing songs, we all like listening to music. 提示词：water；stone；crow(乌鸦） Keys: Because the crow wants to drink the water, it drops the stones into the bottle. 原因状语从句 概念 用表示原因的连词连接一个句子作状语，这样的主从复合句就是原因状语从句。 【知识梳理1】基本用法 教学建议： 1. 做阅读拓展训练时，可以用竞答的方式让学生找出文章中出现的原因状语从句，并从当堂课所学的内容进行分析。 一、关系词: 主要的有because, as, since, for, seeing (that), now (that), considering (that)，in that等。 例句： 　　The woolly shrank because it was washed badly. 毛衣因洗得不得法而缩水。 　　I can’t get to sleep because of the noise outside. 由于外面声音嘈杂我睡不着。 　　Since [As] we’ve no money, we can’t buy it. 由于我们没钱，我们无法购买它。 　　Seeing that it’s raining, we’d better stay indoors. 既然外边在下雨，我们最好待在室内。 Now that you are here, you’d better stay. 你既然来了，最好还是留下吧(既来之，则安之)。 二、原因状语从句的连接词 1: because 引导的原因状语从句一般放于主句之后， because表示直接原因，语气最强，最适合回答 why引导的疑问句。例如： I do it because I like it. 我做这件事是因为我喜欢。 2: since 引导的原因状语从句一般放于主句之前表示已知的、显然的理由(通常被翻译成“既然”)，较为正式， 语气比because弱。例如： Since you are free today, you had better help me with my mathematics. 既然今天你休息，你最好帮我补习数学。 注意：seeing (that)， now (that)， considering (that)， in that这几个词汇与since引导的原因状语从句意思相近， 都表示“既然”。例如： Seeing (that) he refused to help us, there’s no reason that we should now help him. 他既然曾经拒绝帮助我们，我们现在没有理由要来帮助他。 Now (that) you are grown up, you should not rely on your parents. 既然你长大了，就不应该依靠你的父母了。 Considering (that) everybody is here, let’s begin our discussion. 既然大家都到了，我们就开始讨论吧。 I
