Some think hugs have benefits while others find them embarrassing. Personally, I choose to hug someone I care. It’s a convenient and feasible way to form a positive bond, especially between family members. For example, when Mom or I become unhappy, Dad, who is not talkative, simply hugs mum or me, and we almost always feel better immediately! What’s more, hugging makes people warm and less stressed. As students, we may be under great pressure when we have an important exam or we have butterflies in our stomach when taking part in a fierce race.
