1. interval n. 间隔;间距;中间休息
车辆之间应保持适当的间距。
There should be proper interval between vehicles.

2. circulate v. 传播,流传;循环;流通

3. digest vt. 消化;吸收;融会贯通
没有水来作为我们日常的摄入部分,我们就不能消化和吸收食物。
Without water as a routine part of our intake, we cannot digest or absorb food.
吸收新思想往往需要很长一段时间.
It often takes a long time to digest new ideas.
