3. 语言小贴士（Reflection 考点归纳）。

① after completing this unit 意为“完成本单元后”，介词 after 后接动名词（-ing 形式），不能说 after complete。

② success 意为“成功”，是名词；succeed（动词）、successful（形容词）、successfully（副词），achievement 意为“成就”。

③ passive voice 意为“被动语态”，基本结构为 be + 过去分词，be 动词随人称、数与时态变化。

④ describe 意为“描述”，名词为 description；be described as 意为“被描述为”。

⑤ deal with 意为“处理，应对”，常与 how 连用；do with 与 what 连用。

⑥ failure 意为“失败；失败的人（或事）”，是动词 fail 的名词；learn lessons from failures 意为“从失败中吸取教训”。

⑦ look on the bright side 意为“看到光明的一面”；look on / upon ... as ... 意为“把……看作……”。

⑧ waste no time in doing sth 意为“抓紧时间做某事”，in 后可省略，动词用 -ing 形式。
