Some are barely used, some are worn-down, but each is unfailingly functional. They remind me of his love of solving crossword puzzles. They remind me of him sitting by the window, bathed in morning light, carefully filling in their tiny boxes. In his 80s, my father would read the day’s newspaper cover to cover, with a pleasant smile on his face. “What are you reading that’s so funny, Dad?” I would ask. “Oh, nothing. I don’t pay much attention to the news. But reading reminds me of forgotten words that help me solve the crossword. Ah, got it! 12-D, CLASH!” When he read the papers, our dog would curl up beside him, enjoying his soft touches for an hour or two, which left me free to write without being bothered by it. He would gladly put his paper down to engage with curious grandchildren, telling them stories about language, people and places. More importantly, he would listen. It’s a good life lesson for the little ones, as they grew to appreciate that not all grown-ups are pushy or impatient. In addition, he would live his life quietly helping people, never forgetting those who had lent him a hand. He believed that more wealth did not mean greater happiness, and that no kindness should be undervalued. While my father used words for love, I did the same for a living as a professional writer. He understood this, and that may have been why he never asked me to suggest a word or help him with a puzzle. For him, my words were precious; each held value. Actually, I learned the worth of my work through his love for word puzzles. It did not matter how much I got paid for my writing. I wrote because I loved words and I enjoyed writing stories that brought ideas to life, often for or about non-profits. 24.Why is a box of yellow pencils mentioned? A.To introduce the father’s hobby. B.To stress the tool’s value. C.To show the father’s collection. D.To express the past regret. 25.Why did the author’s father read the newspaper page by page? A.To read stories for amusement. B.To know the latest news. C.To find words to solve puzzles. D.To kill his boring time. 26.Which can best describe the author’s father? A.Humorous and outgoing. B.Patient and helpful. C.Creative and ambitious. D.Grateful and strict. 27.Which is the suitable title for the text? A.My Love for Crossword Game. B.My Father’s Yellow Pencil Box. C.My Gains from Word Puzzles. D.My Father’s Crossword Magic. 【答案】24.A 25.C 26.B 27.D 【导语】本文是一篇记叙文,作者以父亲的遗物黄铅笔为引,回忆父亲酷爱填字游戏,并对自己产生巨大影响。 【详解】24.推理判断题。根据第一段“My priceless heritage from my father is a box of yellow pencils. Some are barely used, some are worn-down, but each is unfailingly functional. They remind me of his love of solving crossword puzzles. (我从父亲那里得到的无价之宝是一盒黄色铅笔。有些几乎没用过,有些已经磨损,但每支都功能完好。它们让我想起他喜欢解填字游戏)”可知,这盒黄色铅笔让作者回忆起父亲酷爱解填字游戏。由此可推知,作者提及这盒铅笔,是为了引出父亲的爱好。故选A项。 25.细节理解题。根据第二段“Oh, nothing. I don’t pay much attention to the news. But reading reminds me of forgotten words that help me solve the crossword. Ah, got it! 12-D, CLASH! (“哦,没什么。我不太关注新闻。但阅读让我想起那些有助于我解填字游戏的遗忘的单词。啊,想到了!12-D,冲突!”)”可知,父亲把报纸从头读到尾,是为了找到那些遗忘的单词来完成填字游戏。故选C项。 26.推理判断题。根据第三段“He would gladly put his paper down to engage with curious grandchildren, telling them stories about language, people and places. More importantly, he would listen. It’s a good life lesson for the little ones, as they grew to appreciate that not all grown-ups are pushy or impatient. In addition, he would live his life quietly helping people, never forgetting those who had lent him a hand. (他会很高兴地放下报纸,与好奇的孙子们互动,给他们讲关于语言、人和地方的故事。更重要的是,他会倾听。这对小家伙们来说是一堂很好的人生课,因为他们逐渐意识到,并不是所有的成年人都咄咄逼人或缺乏耐心。此外,他会默默地帮助别人,永远不会忘记那些帮助过他的人)”可知,作者的父亲很有耐心,乐于助人。故选B项。 27.主旨大意题。根据第一段“My priceless heritage from my father is a box of yellow pencils. (我从父亲那里得到的无价之宝是一盒黄色铅笔)”以及后文对父亲解填字游戏以及父亲对自己的影响的描述可知,文章主要围绕父亲解填字游戏展开,介绍了父亲解填字游戏的爱好以及自己从父亲解填字游戏中所获得的感悟与收获,所以“My Father’s Crossword Magic (我父亲的填字游戏魔力)”适合作为文章标题。故选D项。 C Pat the Bunny the 1940 classic touch-and-feel book, is still in print, which shows the value of touch in helping babies and young children get into the world of reading. Later, when children reach school age, a common technique for teaching the alphabet (字母表) is using hands-on handling, such as forming letters out of clay. But as these students get older, the role of touch reduces, which is bad for the students. Today’s reading assignments are heavily digital, and use of computer keyboards for writing shows no sign of decreasing, especially given the appeal of AI tools for editing and composing. I’m a linguist (语言学家) who investigates the differences between print and digital reading and how writing supports thinking. My colleague Anne Mangen and I asked more than 500 secondary students at an international school in Amsterdam about their experiences when reading print versus digital texts. Separately, I surveyed 100 university students and young adults in the US and Europe on their likes and dislikes about handwriting versus typing. Together, their responses demonstrate that teenagers and young adults continue to value touch in their encounters with the written word. The research offers important lessons for educators and parents. In the studies, students wrote enthusiastically about touch when asked for the one thing they liked most about reading in print or writing by hand. On a physical level, the feeling of holding a book or writing instrument in their hands mattered to students. These are some of their observations: “You actually feel like you are reading because the book is in your hands,” and “I like feeling the paper and pen under my hands, being able to physically form words.” What students say about the importance of touch mirrors what researchers have found: Touch is an effective way to build early reading and writing skills, as well as to support how more developed readers and writers interact with the written word. Psychologists and reading specialists continue to report higher comprehension in children and young adults when reading in print versus digitally, for both academic and leisure reading. 28.Why did the author mention Pat the Bunny in the first paragraph? A.To call on readers to read the book. B.To introduce a classic children’s book. C.To compare the book with digital reading. D.To show the value of touch in early reading experiences. 29.What is a common technique for teaching the alphabet to school-age children? A.Reading digital texts. B.Forming letters out of clay. C.Using computer keyboards. D.Using touch-and-feel books. 30.What’s Paragraph 5 mainly about? A.Shortcomings of the studies. B.The future of the studies. C.The discoveries of the studies. D.Difficulties met in the studies. 31.Where can we read the text? A.In a book review. B.In a guidebook. C.In a science magazine. D.In a dictionary. 【答案】28.D 29.B 30.C 31.C 【导语】本文是一篇说明文。文章主要介绍了触摸在阅读和写作中的重要性,包括早期教育、学生的感受和研究发现等 【详解】28.推理判断题。根据第一段“Pat the Bunny the 1940 classic touch-and-feel book, is still in print, which shows the value of touch in helping babies and young children get into the world of reading. (Pat the Bunny是1940年的经典触觉书,至今仍在印刷中,它展示了触摸在帮助婴儿和幼儿进入阅读世界中的价值。)”可知,作者在第一段介绍这本书是为了展示触摸在早期阅读体验中的价值。故选D项。 29.细节理解题。根据第二段“Later, when children reach school age, a common technique for teaching the alphabet (字母表) is using hands-on handling, such as forming letters out of clay. (后来,当孩子们到了上学的年龄,一种常见的教学方法是使用动手操作,比如用粘土捏字母。)”可知,向学龄儿童教授字母表的常用方法是用粘土捏字母。故选B项。 30.主旨大意题。根据第五段“In the studies, students wrote enthusiastically about touch when asked for the one thing they liked most about reading in print or writing by hand. On a physical level, the feeling of holding a book or writing instrument in their hands mattered to students. These are some of their observations: “You actually feel like you are reading because the book is in your hands,” and “I like feeling the paper and pen under my hands, being able to physically form words.” (在研究中,当被问及他们最喜欢纸质阅读或手写的一件事时,学生们热情地写下了触摸。在物理层面上,拿着一本书或书写工具的感觉对学生来说很重要。以下是他们的一些观察结果:“你实际上觉得你正在阅读,因为书就在你的手中,”和“我喜欢感觉纸和笔在我的手中,能够物理地形成单词。)”可知,本段主要讲述了这些研究的发现。故选C项。 31.推理判断题。根据第一段“Pat the Bunny the 1940 classic touch-and-feel book, is still in print, which shows the value of touch in helping babies and young children get into the world of reading. (Pat the Bunny是1940年的经典触觉书,至今仍在印刷中,它展示了触摸在帮助婴儿和幼儿进入阅读世界中的价值。)”以及根据最后一段“What students say about the importance of touch mirrors what researchers have found: Touch is an effective way to build early reading and writing skills, as well as to support how more developed readers and writers interact with the written word. (学生们所说的触摸的重要性反映了研究人员的发现:触摸是建立早期阅读和写作技能的有效方法,同时也支持更成熟的读者和作家如何与书面文字互动。)”可知,文章主要介绍了触摸在阅读和写作中的重要性,包括早期教育、学生的感受和研究发现等。所以短文来自科学杂志。故选C项。 D Most people naturally trust doctors, assuming their expertise is rooted in years of treating real patients. Imagine a doctor who had never actually examined a human body, acquiring knowledge only from millions of medical texts. Although their explanations might still sound convincing, you are bound to question their genuine understanding. Yet, we rarely apply this distrust to Large Language Models (LLMs) like Deepseek when seeking medical advice. We are often misled by their fluent responses, assuming they comprehend complex issues as humans do. This raises a critical question: Do these models truly reason (推理), or do they merely imitate human reasoning? To find it out, my colleagues and I conducted experiments comparing how humans and LLMs perform differently when faced with tasks requiring judgments. We presented both humans and LLMs with news headlines and moral dilemmas. When checking if a piece of news is true, humans tend to rely on common sense, basic facts, and real-world experience. However, LLMs simply check their massive database of input texts to see how often certain words appear together in specific contexts. A similar difference appeared in moral questions. Humans decide right and wrong based on social rules and feelings. In contrast, models merely copy the language patterns they have “read” before. In a word, humans understand the real world, whereas LLMs just piece together words from their input. Across the tasks, a consistent pattern emerges: where a human judges, a model correlates. This creates what we call “epistemia” — a dangerous misconception where the imitation of knowledge looks exactly like true understanding. The real danger is that models cannot form beliefs or tell the difference between what is actually true and what merely sounds reasonable. What should a reader do with this knowledge? Our advice is to seek a clearer understanding of what they can and cannot do, treating them as helpful assistants requiring constant human oversight (监督), because they lack access to what judgment ultimately depends on: the world itself. 32.Why does the author mention “a doctor” in Paragraph 1? A.To emphasize the expertise of LLMs. B.To present the distrust from patients. C.To outline the medical training process. D.To introduce the potential issue of LLMs. 33.What did the researchers aim to figure out? A.How fluently LLMs can answer questions. B.What helps people handle moral dilemmas. C.Whether LLMs possess reasoning ability. D.Why people blindly follow medical advice. 34.How do LLMs deal with tasks requiring judgments? A.By connecting with human feelings. B.By imitating linguistic patterns. C.By relying on firsthand experience. D.By applying basic social rules. 35.What does the author advise users to do regarding LLMs? A.Keep a clear awareness of their limits. B.Leave ultimate judgments to them. C.Provide them with real-world access. D.Treat them as engines of understanding. 【答案】32.D 33.C 34.B 35.A 【导语】本文主要探讨的是大型语言模型(LLMs)是否真正具备推理能力,还是仅仅在模仿人类的推理过程,并提醒用户应对其局限性保持清醒认识。 【详解】32.推理判断题。根据第一段“Imagine a doctor who had never actually examined a human body, acquiring knowledge only from millions of medical texts. Although their explanations might still sound convincing, you are bound to question their genuine understanding.(想象一位从未真正检查过人体的医生,仅从数百万份医学文本中获取知识。尽管他们的解释听起来可能仍然令人信服,但你一定会质疑他们的真实理解能力)”可知,作者提及“医生”是为了引出大型语言模型可能存在的问题——它们虽然能给出看似合理的回答,但缺乏对现实世界的真正理解。 33.细节理解题。根据第二段“This raises a critical question: Do these models truly reason (推理), or do they merely imitate human reasoning? To find it out, my colleagues and I conducted experiments comparing how humans and LLMs perform differently when faced with tasks requiring judgments. (这引发了一个关键问题:这些模型是真正在推理,还是仅仅在模仿人类推理?为了弄清楚这一点,我和我的同事们进行了实验,比较人类和大型语言模型在面对需要判断的任务时表现有何不同。)”可知,研究人员旨在弄清楚大型语言模型是否具备推理能力。 34.细节理解题。根据第三段“However, LLMs simply check their massive database of input texts to see how often certain words appear together in specific contexts. (然而,大型语言模型只是检查其庞大的输入文本数据库,查看某些词语在特定语境中一起出现的频率。)”以及“In contrast, models merely copy the language patterns they have ‘read’ before. (相比之下,模型只是复制它们之前‘读’过的语言模式。)”可知,大型语言模型通过模仿语言模式来处理需要判断的任务。 35.细节理解题。根据最后一段“Our advice is to seek a clearer understanding of what they can and cannot do, treating them as helpful assistants requiring constant human oversight (监督), because they lack access to what judgment ultimately depends on: the world itself. (我们的建议是,要更清楚地了解它们能做什么、不能做什么,将它们视为需要持续人工监督的有用助手,因为它们无法接触到判断最终依赖的东西:世界本身。)”可知,作者建议用户对大型语言模型的局限性保持清醒认识。 第二节(共5小题;每小题2.5分,满分12.5分) 阅读下面短文,从短文后的选项中选出可以填入空白处的最佳选项。选项中有两项为多余选项。 As a freezing cold winter draws near, the winter blues often sets in — a low mood marked by feeling sadder, less energized or less interested in activities than usual. 36 Here is what you can do to get it over. Laughter is the best medicine that stimulates brain activity to relieve depressive symptoms. 37 You can get the greatest gift from them: a hearty laugh. Laughter is highly infectious, so invite friends to join you and share the popcorn. While prolonged screen time isn’t advised, an occasional movie marathon is perfect on cold days. For less than 100 yuan, and sometimes for free, users can upload several selfies (自拍) and generate dozens of wedding photos in styles ranging 57 traditional Chinese clothes to European castles and beach weddings. The trend is gaining popularity on Chinese social media and e-commerce 58 (platform), offering couples a cheaper and more convenient alternative to conventional wedding photography. For Zhao Yue, 59 was preparing for her wedding, the appeal was simple: price and convenience. For some consumers, however, the question is not simply whether AI can produce a good-looking picture, 60 whether a wedding photo still means the same thing without the experience of taking it. 28-year-old Tang Yi chose a traditional photo shoot. She said AI-generated images could create attractive poses based on prompts, but could not 61 (full) capture spontaneous (自然的) moments between two people. Bu Xiting, an associate research fellow at the School of Cultural Industries Management at the Communication University of China, said, “The popularity of AI-generated wedding photos 62 (drive) by their affordability and convenience, as well as 63 (grow) demand among young couples for more flexible and lightweight wedding preparations.” “AI-generated images still have clear limitations 64 (compare) with professional photography. AI can produce visually 65 (appeal) images very quickly, but it can also struggle with facial details, expressions, hands, clothing textures and the interaction between people and their surroundings,” he added. 【答案】 56.to get 57.from 58.platforms 59.who 60.but 61.fully 62.is driven 63.growing 64.compared 65.appealing 【导语】文章主要介绍了AI生成婚纱照兴起的原因、优势与不足。 【详解】56.考查非谓语动词。句意:人工智能生成的婚纱照为中国年轻情侣提供了一种更实惠的拍照“结婚”方式,而无需真正走进摄影棚。固定搭配a way to do sth.意为“做某事的方式”,不定式作后置定语修饰名词way。 57.考查介词。句意:花费不到100元,有时甚至免费,用户上传几张自拍,就能生成几十张婚纱照,风格从中国传统服饰到欧洲城堡、沙滩婚礼不等。固定短语range from…to… 固定结构not…but… Dear fellow students, ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ School English Newspaper 【答案】【参考范文】 Dear fellow students, Many of us have fallen into unhealthy routines that harm both our physical state and academic performance. He had traveled thousands of miles just for these white red-billed gulls. Every year, the gulls fly all the way from Siberia to spend their winter days by the lake. Crowds of visitors spread along the wide bank, holding special bird food and taking photos as gulls swept past their out-stretched hands. The lively scene excited Jake greatly. He raised his phone again and again, trying to catch a perfect close-up shot. Yet every time the gull got near, it turned away before his camera could focus. An idea flashed through his mind. If he could hold one gently for a second, he would surely get an unforgettable picture. Without a second thought, he reached out his hand when a gull swooped down for food. The gull struggled wildly and gave a sharp cry. Several nearby visitors noticed the action at once and called out to stop him. Shocked, Jake opened his hand immediately. The frightened bird beat its wings hard and flew back toward the open water. Warm excitement faded away, replaced by deep shame. He had never realized that such a quick move could cause such great fear. A local elderly volunteer walked over. Instead of shouting, he told Jake about the long hard journey each gull had completed. Those light-boned birds could easily get hurt in a sudden struggle. Good-intentioned wishes were not enough. True respect meant keeping a proper distance. Jake stood quietly by the rail, his face burning. He knew he had learned a hard-won lesson that afternoon. 注意: 1.续写词数应为150个左右; 2.请按如下格式在答题卡的相应位置作答。 Jake stayed by the lake long after most visitors left. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ When his short trip to Kunming came to an end, Jake had completely changed his attitude towards wild-bird watching. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 【答案】【参考范文】 Jake stayed by the lake long after most visitors left. He still had some gull food picked up earlier and waited patiently. With no more sudden reaches, he held the food steady in his open palm and kept his body still. Gulls circled overhead, and several finally landed lightly to pick up food. He watched them closely, treasuring every second without any desire to touch. Soft wind carried gulls’ cries across the dam, calming his shame. He kept his voice low out of respect for the nervous birds. He also helped the volunteer remind excited tourists to keep their hands to themselves. He stuck to this gentle way of observing birds for the rest of his holiday. When his short trip to Kunming came to an end, Jake had completely changed his attitude towards wild-bird watching. He took no special close-up photos of gulls. Instead, he filled his camera with wide shots of thousands of white wings flying above Dianchi Lake. Those vivid pictures recorded the real beauty of wild birds in their natural state. Every scene was rooted in his real-life experience. Before boarding his flight back, he wrote down what he had learned. He hoped his experience could warn others against similar silly mistakes. He intended to share them with his friends ever afterwards. He stored these precious memories deep in his heart. The best gift for these long-distance travelers was never a forced short meeting, but enough space to fly without fear. 词汇激活 行为类 ①珍重:treasure/value/cherish ②记录画面:record the real beauty/capture vivid scenes 情绪类 ①紧张的:nervous/edgy/anxious ②兴奋的:excited/thrilled/ecstatic 【点睛】【高分句型1】He watched them closely, treasuring every second without any desire to touch.(运用了现在分词作状语) 【高分句型2】Before boarding his flight back, he wrote down what he had learned.(运用了what引导的宾语从句) 12 / 13 学科网(北京)股份有限公司 学科网(北京)股份有限公司 学科网(北京)股份有限公司 $ 2027年高中英语学业水平合格考(浙江专用) 考前模拟卷01(参考答案) 第一部分 选择题(共两节,满分70分) 第一部分 听力(共两节,满分30分) 第一节(共5小题;每小题1.5分,满分7.5分) 1.C  2.A  3.B  4.C  5.B 第二节(共15小题;每小题1.5分,满分22.5分) 6.A  7.B  8.B  9.A  10.B 11.B 12.A 13.C 14.B 15.A 16.C 17.B 18.A 19.C 20.A 第二部分 阅读(共两节,满分50分) 第一节 阅读理解(共15小题;每小题2.5分,满分37.5分) 21.A 22.C 23.D 24.A 25.C 26.B 27.D 28.D 29.B 30.C 31.C 32.D 33.C 34.B 35.A 第二节 七选五(共5小题;每小题2.5分,满分12.5分) 36.F 37.B 38.D 39.G 40.E 第三部分 语言运用(共两节,满分30分) 第一节 完形填空(共15小题;每小题1分,满分15分) 41.C 42.D 43.A 44.C 45.B 46.B 47.A 48.C 49.D 50.A 51.B 52.C 53.D 54.A 55.B 第二节 语法填空(共10小题;每小题1.5分,满分15分) 56. to get  57. from   58. platforms  59. who   60. but 61. fully   62. is driven 63. growing  64. compared 65. appealing 第四部分 写作(共两节,满分40分) 第一节(满分15分) Dear fellow students, Many of us have fallen into unhealthy routines that harm both our physical state and academic performance. C Pat the Bunny the 1940 classic touch-and-feel book, is still in print, which shows the value of touch in helping babies and young children get into the world of reading. D Most people naturally trust doctors, assuming their expertise is rooted in years of treating real patients. 第二节(共5小题;每小题2.5分,满分12.5分) 阅读下面短文,从短文后的选项中选出可以填入空白处的最佳选项。选项中有两项为多余选项。 As a freezing cold winter draws near, the winter blues often sets in — a low mood marked by feeling sadder, less energized or less interested in activities than usual. It’s essential to build activities into your day and give yourself a manageable task to complete. Even chores like cleaning the floor will give you a sense of competence and achievement. 38 You can treat yourself to fresh flowers or homemade cup of hot cocoa. These fun or meaningful things are the basis for behavioral activation, a vital means of boosting spirits. 39 If a coworker’s upcoming Bermuda vacation sparks your travel wish, plan a local staycation-even a mini one, for example, a Sunday afternoon ice skating with friends, trying a new nearby restaurant or going to a concert. All this requires neither a big budget nor time off work but still cheers you up. Lack of sunshine disturbs the body’s biological clock, leading to a drop in serotonin (血清素) and vitamin D levels, and therefore, your mood and energy levels. If you have flexibility and the weather allows, try to schedule early-morning walks or lunchtime jogs outside to get more natural light. 40 A.Stop thinking about unpleasant stuff. B.Line up a bunch of comedies to watch. C.Positive habits can promote self-discipline. D.But do balance your hard work with minor joys. E.They’ll brighten your day and recharge your energy. F.If ignored, it’ll worsen into a serious mental disorder. G.People get a mood lift with something to look forward to. 第三部分 语言运用(共两节,满分30分) 第一节 (共15小题;每小题1分,满分15分) 阅读下面短文,从每题所给的A、B、C、D四个选项中选出可以填入空白处的最佳选项。 Ivy Lawrence never planned to become a farmer, yet life guided her onto this path. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 2 / 7 学科网(北京)股份有限公司 学科网(北京)股份有限公司 学科网(北京)股份有限公司 $
