On May 13, 2025, 15 middle schools in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province began using AI to grade students’ homework. This term, some schools have had big changes for both students and teachers. These changes happened because AI tools were used.
By using AI to create personalized exercises and exams, teachers at the school can choose their teaching methods for each student’s needs and abilities. After students finish studying a lesson, teachers use AI to pick different questions from an online database (数据库). It includes different materials. This helps create a set of exercises for the lesson, helping students go over their knowledge. These exercises are then printed on paper.
“With this special learning material created by AI, we don’t need to carry all the heavy exercise books anymore,” said the 14-year-old He Liyan.

What’s more, students can get a special error log (错题日志) or homework created by AI depending on their performance in all the exams.

While some young people may know little about the value of money, many have learned it through different kinds of financial (金融的) education.
In modern society, more and more people use mobile phones to pay for things instead of cash. Without an exact understanding of money, many young people may not fully understand that mobile payment also uses real money. For example, an 11-year-old boy in the UK spent more than £2,000 on an online game, without thinking about the real financial influence of his mobile payment. So young people who have grown up in cashless societies may not know much about the true value of money.
However, having financial knowledge is not a talent, and everyone can have this ability through learning. With the help of parents, children can develop a habit of saving and learn to manage their own money. Some parents do so through moneyboxes and savings accounts. Other parents may use electronic red envelopes (红包) to encourage their children to use apps to save money and record their own spending.
Also, young people can further develop their understanding of the value of money through schools and governments. Schools can play an important role in teaching financial skills to students. In Denmark, students in Grades Seven to Nine must take financial education courses. Governments can also give help to the young through programmes and activities. For example, Singapore’s national financial education programme, MoneySense, developed a new activity to offer people financial knowledge through educational TV programmes.
In a word, with the efforts of parents, schools and governments, young people can better understand the value of money.
22.What is young people’s problem about money today?
A.They refuse to pay for things in cash.
B.They hardly spend money on important things.
C.They don’t have an exact understanding of money.
D.They never save money or record their spending.
23.What’s the main idea of Paragraph 3?
A.Saving money is always difficult for young children.
B.Parents can help children learn to manage money in different ways.
C.Children should make money by using mobile apps.
D.Electronic red envelopes are widely used among teenagers.
24.What can we learn from the examples of Denmark and Singapore?
A.Financial knowledge is a natural talent for young people.
B.All students must receive financial education.
C.Mobile payment is very popular in the two countries.
D.Governments and schools can provide financial education.
25.What is the writer’s purpose of writing the text?
A.To introduce some useful financial skills. B.To explain why people prefer mobile payment.
C.To call for action on financial education. D.To sell courses on financial education.

It’s clear that the world will be quite different in the year 2045. But what changes might we see? It’s pretty likely that robots and AI technology will bring great changes to jobs. Also, self-driving and flying cars will come into our daily life, making our lives easier. Scientists have even bigger ideas in a video called To the Future.
Dr. Juraz believes we might be able to control things round us simply with our thoughts. “Imagine that you could use simple devices (设备) to connect to your mind and control things around you simply by thinking about it.” Juraz says. According to him, scientists are working on the technologies that can make this happen. They’ve made some progress already.
The future has more than just that. Steven says that we’ll be able to create very strong but light things. New materials will change the way we build everything from cars to spacecraft. Imagine cars are safer, more energy-saving, and able to carry heavier things. Lighter spacecraft could mean great cuts in the cost and make more exploration goals possible.
Panny believes that our relationship with machines will change. She says, “I think one day we can tell a machine what to do with just a button or a few simple words.” For example, pilots have to follow many steps for a plane to take off. But in 2045, according to Panny, “Prepare for taking off”, and the computer will do the rest. Or maybe, we won’t even need pilots.
These are just a few of the many possible changes that 2045 might bring. It makes us wonder what other surprises the future holds. Will there be new forms of energy that change our lives?
26.What can we learn from the first two paragraphs?
A.Robots and AI have already controlled things with people’s thoughts.
B.Scientists are trying to develop technology to control things by thoughts.
C.Self-driving cars have widely entered people’s daily life now.
D.Dr. Juraz has invented simple devices to connect to our mind.
27.According to Steven, what is the future spacecraft like?
A.Cheaper. B.Safer. C.Bigger. D.Heavier.
28.How does Panny explain her idea?
A.By telling a story. B.By giving an example.
C.By listing numbers. D.By making comparisons.
29.What will the writer probably write about after the last paragraph?
A.Many possible changes. B.New forms of energy.
C.New wonders in 2045. D.Planes without pilots.
30.Which of the following shows the structure of this passage?
A. B. C. D.

Chinese buyers used to prize foreign brands, thinking that 56 (产品) made by American or 57 (加拿大的) companies are of higher quality than Chinese ones. They looked up to those who can travel abroad and buy what they like. Increasingly, that’s no longer the case.
The change in thinking among Chinese buyers is showing up in many markets in China. A study found that young Chinese buyers are increasingly showing a “home brand bias (偏好)”. More than 90% of young Chinese buyers would like to buy homemade brands because of the better 58 (材料) and designs. Meanwhile, 59 (本地的) companies producing food, drinks, or handbags have increased their share of the market.
The Chinese smartphone market is controlled by national 60 (先驱)—HUAWEI, OPPO, Vivo, and Xiaomi. With the 61 (贸易) growing, the 62 (可移动的) phones have entered 63 (国际的) markets. They are now being widely received by many foreign 64 (顾客). We have every reason to believe that “Made in China” will be the 65 (骄傲) of our country.
第三节 语法填空(共10小题,每小题1分,满分10分)
Bullying is a serious problem for many teenagers. It can happen at any stage of 66 (young), and it often begins in a very small way. Some students 67 (bully) at school and feel ashamed. They go through pain and become stressed. A stranger or even a classmate may say unkind words. This can get them down and make them be in low spirits. They may put up with it because they don’t know how to stand up for 68 (they). Adults often tell them to communicate with teachers. However, many teenagers find it difficult. They need 69 (patient) and courage. They may waste time on mobile phones and regret it later. Some even hate going to school. Under stress, they may make silly 70 (decide) and risk losing their focus. Their temper may become 71 (ugly) than before, and they may argue with parents about small things. Recently, this problem 72 (draw) more attention.
Take Tom, a fifteen-year-old teenager, as an example. He had trouble online. At first, he felt shame and kept silent. He stayed up late and used his mobile phone to escape. His exam results dropped, and he was often in low spirits. He even thought it was normal to suffer alone. But one day, his parents noticed his pain and started a dialogue with him. They encouraged him to cut back on screen time and go to bed at bedtime. Tom finally took action to change.
How to deal with the problem?
The first step is 73 (tell) someone you trust. A good dialogue can make a big difference. Schools should hold activities to help students. If a victim is brave, he or she will 74 (probable) become more 75 (focus) on study. Don’t let a bully destroy your life. Remember: you are not alone. Stand up for yourself and ask for help. Pain can make you stronger, but only if you face it. Lately, more teenagers have begun to speak out. They communicate with adults and cut back on screen time. Their mood becomes better, and they feel less stressed. Experience tells us that bullying can be stopped when we stand together. It is normal to feel afraid, but it is not normal to keep silent. Don’t let anyone drive you mad. You have the right to feel safe and happy. When you stand up for yourself, you are not only protecting your own life, but also helping others who may be going through the same pain.

A college student noticed many elderly people struggling to walk safely on dark stairs at night. He invented a smart safety light that turns on when someone approaches and off seconds after they leave. It’s now used in many communities, helping thousands of people stay safer. A 15-year-old student, inspired by space programs, built a detailed model of a space research station. In his free time, he makes posters to explain how space science benefits our daily lives and dreams of joining real space studies one day. Last year, a school music team chose not to perform for competitions or prizes. Instead, they played gentle, comforting music for sick children in a nearby hospital. Seeing the children smile filled them with warmth and pride. One student joined a long-distance running race last term. Though not the fastest and unsure he’d finish, he refused to give up. He ran steadily and crossed the finish line. He won no prize, but earned deep respect from classmates and teachers. These stories show that kindness, creativity, and courage, no matter one’s age or skill, can truly make a difference. They remind us that kindness and courage make the world more beautiful.

They encouraged him to cut back on screen time and go to bed at bedtime. Tom finally took action to change.

【答案】例文
A Great Invention
Many inventions have changed our lives, and the one I want to write about is the high-speed train.
The first high-speed railway in China was opened in 2008. Before that, a trip between two cities often took a whole day. Now the same journey takes only a few hours, and tickets can be bought on the phone.
In my eyes, the high-speed train is great not because it is fast, but because it brings people closer. My grandparents live far away, and now we can visit them at any weekend. A good invention should be like this: it is made by clever ideas, but used by ordinary people every day.
