Passage A
A centuries-old folk tradition from Shanghai took center stage last week at La Merce Festival, one of Barcelona's biggest cultural celebrations, as performers carrying giant bamboo lanterns rolled, spun and danced through the city.
The Fengxian Rolling Lantern, over 700 years old, combines dance, acrobatics and feats of strength. It quickly won over festivalgoers, many seeing it for the first time.
"It brings the real Shanghai. It brings the rooted culture and history of Shanghai to the most traditional festival in Barcelona," said Esteve Carames of the Barcelona Institute of Culture, adding that it let audiences discover a side of Shanghai less familiar internationally.
Barcelona resident Diana said she was struck by the performers' control. "I was amazed," she said, recalling one performer manipulating a large lantern using his mouth. Australian tourist Daniel, who plans to visit Shanghai in April, praised the costumes, choreography and fireworks, saying it had added to his excitement about the trip.
The lantern originated in today's Fengxian district of Shanghai, on the northern shore of Hangzhou Bay. In ancient times, when flooding frequently struck the coastal area, locals performed with rolling lanterns in rituals seeking protection from water-related disasters. Over generations it became popular entertainment at festivals and harvest celebrations.
Made primarily from bamboo, the lantern has inner and outer spherical structures that let it roll and rotate while keeping its shape. Its most challenging technique is "Spider Spinning Silk", in which a performer grips a cloth strip with the teeth to control the lantern while rotating the body in sync. The folk art entered China's national intangible cultural heritage list in 2008.
"This is not a one-way cultural showcase, but a dialogue between folk traditions on an equal footing," said Wang Jing of the Fengxian culture and tourism bureau, adding that the show was specially adapted for Barcelona and shows Shanghai's identity extends beyond its image as a modern metropolis.
1.What does Carames mean by "It brings the real Shanghai"?
A.It shows what Shanghai is like today.
B.It shows the deep roots of Shanghai's culture.
C.It shows the difficulties Shanghai has faced.
D.It shows how Shanghai competes with Barcelona.
2.Why did locals perform with rolling lanterns in ancient times?
A.To celebrate the harvest. B.To attract visitors to the region.
C.To pray for protection from floods. D.To train performers for festivals.
3.Wang Jing's remark suggests that ______.
A.Traditional festivals in different cultures should replace official ones.
B.Folk traditions of different cultures deserve equal respect.
C.Shanghai has a richer folk tradition than Barcelona.
D.Modernization weakens the value of folk traditions.
4.Which of the following is the best title for the text?
A.A Rolling Lantern Lights Up Barcelona
B.How Shanghai's Modernity Grew
C.The Skills Behind a 700-Year-Old Art
D.Why Festivals Matter to Cities

Passage B
As China's circular economy moves closer to consumers, companies are exploring how to keep products in service longer. For a growing number of Chinese consumers, buying something is no longer necessarily the end of the story.
An old appliance can be traded in rather than discarded. A used item can be sold through a secondhand platform. Clothing can be repaired, resold or repurposed. These changes point to a shift in how a product's life is viewed — from what happens before purchase to what happens after it leaves the store.
The shift is also gaining policy support. In July, the National Development and Reform Commission issued a plan to advance the circular economy during the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026-30), calling for greener product design, greater use of recycled materials, orderly secondhand trading and better recycling networks.
Consumers appear interested, although interest does not always translate into behavior. A 2025 report by Euromonitor International found that nearly 60 percent of Chinese consumers were concerned about climate change and were acting to reduce food waste and plastic use. Sustainability plays a growing role in product choices, the report suggested, but is rarely enough on its own — consumers still expect performance, durability and value.
Wen Zongguo, a professor at Tsinghua University, says extending product life is an important part of the circular economy. During the use stage, products and components should be reused as many times and in as many ways as possible.
Arc'teryx, the Canadian outdoor brand, offers Chinese buyers of its new Sperro SV hardshell jacket three years of unlimited ReBIRD repair services, extending the relationship with the product beyond purchase. The jacket is designed to be repaired when parts wear out; when it can no longer be repaired, it can be taken apart so its nylon can be recovered for reuse.
"Our team is taking gear apart, repairing it, and seeing firsthand where products hold up and where they don't," said Dominique Showers, vice-president of ReBIRD. "What we learn doesn't stay with ReBIRD. It goes straight back into how the next generation of products gets designed."
1.The phrase "no longer necessarily the end of the story" implies that ______.
A.Consumers now buy fewer products than before.
B.Products are now bought mainly through online platforms.
C.A product's life continues after it is sold.
D.Companies now make products that last longer.
2.What does the 2025 Euromonitor report suggest?
A.Most consumers have stopped buying new products.
B.Consumers care about climate change but weigh other factors.
C.Sustainability alone decides what people buy.
D.Chinese consumers waste less food than before.
3.What does Wen Zongguo say about the use stage?
A.Products should be reused as often as possible.
B.Products should be made from recycled materials.
C.Products should be sold through secondhand platforms.
D.Products should be repaired only by their makers.
4.What happens to the Sperro SV jacket when it can no longer be repaired?
A.It is returned to the store. B.It is given away free of charge.
C.It is sold to secondhand platforms. D.It is taken apart so its nylon can be reused.
5.The Arc'teryx example shows that ______.
A.Repair services alone are enough to make a brand sustainable.
B.Extending a product's life depends on designing it for repair from the start.
C.Outdoor brands are more sustainable than food companies.
D.Consumers now care more about price than durability.

Passage C
As a terracotta head is carefully fitted onto a pre-assembled body, a pile of seemingly disordered pottery fragments is transformed into a majestic Qin Dynasty (221-206 BC) Terracotta Warrior. It is a daily scene at the on-site conservation and restoration laboratory of Pit 1 at the Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum in Xi'an, Shaanxi province — and today such work is also on view to tens of thousands of visitors from China and abroad.
In 2024, marking the 50th anniversary of the archaeological excavation of the Terracotta Warriors, the laboratory of Pit 1 and the excavation and conservation platform of Pit 2 were completed and put into operation. The developments have established a full-process conservation system covering everything from excavation to storage, combining an on-site emergency conservation system, an archaeological platform, specialized equipment and digital technologies.
In Pit 1, the system links the excavation site directly with the restoration laboratory, allowing painted warriors to receive timely protection. In Pit 2, an excavation cabin and an experimental cabin form an integrated platform that allows precise control of environmental conditions at the site.
Buried for more than 2,000 years, the warriors have suffered damage from fire, the collapse of soil layers and fluctuations in groundwater. Most of the original pigments have disappeared, leaving only scattered traces. In the early years of excavation, rapid changes in humidity after the warriors were exposed to the air caused some surviving pigments to curl, warp and flake off.
Today, unearthed warriors can move directly from the excavation site to the laboratory, where conservation, restoration and research are carried out simultaneously. Each painted warrior undergoes a series of procedures, including nitrogen-filled moisture preservation, ultrasonic testing and 3D imaging, followed by systematic recording, cleaning and reinforcement.
Since the discovery of the Terracotta Warriors in March 1974, generations of archaeologists and conservators have worked to protect this legacy of ancient Chinese civilization. The Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor, which includes the warriors pits, was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1987.
1.What is seen daily at the Pit 1 laboratory?
A.Visitors watching archaeologists excavate the pit.
B.Workers fitting new heads onto excavated bodies.
C.Pile after pile of fragments being restored into a warrior.
D.Guides explaining the history of the Qin Dynasty.
2.What does "full-process conservation system" mean here?
A.It covers every stage from excavation to storage.
B.It replaces all traditional restoration methods.
C.It applies only to painted warriors.
D.It records the history of the entire mausoleum.
3.Why did some surviving pigments flake off in the early years of excavation?
A.Because the warriors were touched by visitors.
B.Because groundwater levels kept rising.
C.Because soil layers collapsed above them.
D.Because humidity changed sharply after air exposure.
4.What can we learn about the present process?
A.Conservation work is done only in laboratories off-site.
B.Warriors are repaired before they are excavated.
C.Conservation, restoration and research happen at the same time.
D.Only warriors with remaining color are processed.
5.What does the last paragraph mainly convey?
A.The warriors were discovered by accident in 1974.
B.Generations of conservators have protected this legacy.
C.UNESCO listed the site in 1987.
D.Ancient craftsmanship was more advanced than today.

Passage D
BERLIN — Petra Lehmann did not expect such a vivid glimpse of traditional Chinese culture so close to home just a month before setting off on a two-week trip to China.
On the evening of Sept 30, Lehmann, chairwoman of the German-Chinese Friendship Association in Ludwigsfelde, watched intently as performers brought the centuries-old Wu Opera tradition to life on stage at Urania Berlin. "When they jumped, you could hardly hear a sound. It was as if they were flying," she said.
Having previously seen only brief excerpts, Lehmann said the evening gave her a much fuller impression of the art form. She was among more than 800 spectators who packed the theater for a performance by the Zhejiang Wu Opera Troupe, which featured a range of classic pieces and drew repeated rounds of applause.
The evening opened with Nine-Section Dragon, a folk performance featuring a long, brightly colored "dragon" carried by a team of performers who ran, jumped, rolled and spun across the stage, making it twist, rise and dive through the air. The program also showcased face-changing, a technique in which a performer appears to switch from one colorful mask to another in the blink of an eye.
The show closed with the Monkey King Thrice Beats the White-Bone Demon, based on a well-known episode from Journey to the West. Through powerful singing, fast-paced fight scenes, acrobatics and expressive movements, the actors told the story in a way that was easy to follow even for viewers unfamiliar with Chinese opera. When the show ended, the audience gave a standing ovation.
"I don't speak Chinese, but I could still follow the story and feel the emotion," said Berlin resident Sarah Keller. "I came here knowing very little about Wu Opera, but now I'd love to see more." He Wenbo, deputy director of the Chinese Cultural Center in Berlin, said the show crossed language barriers and offered a window into Chinese storytelling.
1.Why did the evening give Lehmann a much fuller impression?
A.She had only seen brief excerpts before. B.She had studied Wu Opera at university.
C.She had read reviews of the troupe. D.She had watched many similar performances.
2.How did the actors make the story easy for newcomers to follow?
A.By using subtitles in Chinese and German. B.By telling the story without singing.
C.By using vivid singing, acrobatics and movements.D.By explaining the plot before the show.
3.What does Sarah Keller's comment suggest?
A.Wu Opera is easy to learn. B.Good performance can cross language barriers.
C.German audiences prefer Chinese music. D.She plans to visit China soon.
4.The text mainly aims to ______.
A.compare Chinese and German theatre traditions
B. introduce the history of the Zhejiang Wu Opera Troupe
C.recommend travel to Berlin

Passage E
"The scenery is stunning," said Ilia Popov, 25, a Russian postgraduate student in Xianyang, Shaanxi province, when taking in the majesty of the Ganquan Canyon. "It's like a painter has drawn his brush across the stone."
Located in Ganquan county, Yan'an, the canyon is a slot canyon on the Loess Plateau, nicknamed China's equivalent to the Antelope Canyon in Arizona. Carved from red sandstone over tens of millions of years through wind erosion and water scouring, it is a unique landscape known as a Danxia landform.
It consists of more than 120 gorges, each with distinctive features. The best known, Huashugou Gorge, stretches about 1,100 meters and soars to over 20 meters at its highest point, with widths of one to two meters. Popov made his way through it — wide at first, then narrowing until, at its deepest point, only one visitor could pass at a time.
The canyon first caught widespread attention through photographers' images shared online about a decade ago. In 2017 the scenic area opened to the public, receiving 38,000 visitors during the recent National Day holiday.
No one knows its gorges better than Yan Dong, a 62-year-old photographer from Xi'an who explored the canyon between 2015 and 2021. Braving wild conditions and following elderly villagers' guidance, he visited the site over 100 times in a single year and explored more than 30 gorges previously unknown to outsiders, later publishing a photography album.
"Something seemed to draw me deeper, as if I were on a mission," he said. "Every gorge has its own soul. To others they may look similar, but to me each one is different."
The endeavor was not without risks — he suffered several injuries but never gave up. The most vibrant colors appear at midday, he added, and after rain the red sandstone takes on a deeper hue.
For conservation, the scenic area opens only about five of the gorges to the public, two each day depending on weather. Yan'an is also known for its revolutionary heritage sites, which draw many visitors.
1.Why did Yan Dong explore the canyon for so many years?
A.He wanted to make a national park of it.
B.He was paid by the local government.
C.He felt something drawing him deeper into it.
D.He needed photos for a magazine.
2.What makes the canyon a unique landscape?
A.It was carved from red sandstone by wind and water.
B.It is the widest canyon in China.
C.It is deeper than the Grand Canyon.
D.It was formed by an ancient river.
3.Why does the scenic area open only a few gorges each day?
A.To raise ticket revenue. B.To protect the gorges from damage.
C.To guide tourists safely. D.To reduce visitor numbers.
4.Why does Popov compare the canyon to a painter's brush?
A.To show the canyon is man-made. B.To explain how the canyon was formed.
C.To warn readers about the danger. D.To express his sense of awe at its beauty.

Passage F
With the unprecedented expansion of micro-dramas, a seminar was recently held in Beijing by the network audiovisual program management department of the National Radio and Television Administration, gathering creators of eight live-action and four AI-generated works.
Wang Zhi, producer of The First Sight of Nanyang Overseas Chinese, said the creative team traveled to Fujian, Yunnan and Zhejiang provinces, as well as Malaysia and Singapore, to collect firsthand material, interviewing the descendants of the Nanyang Volunteer Drivers and Mechanics — a 3,200-member group who transported internationally donated supplies to China during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression (1931-45).
Most of the volunteers were in their 20s, with comfortable lives and families in Southeast Asia. "Yet they chose to return to their homeland to support their compatriots at a time of national crisis," Wang said. "The more we dug into their stories, the more we felt that they were not just records left in historical archives, but young people who deserve to be remembered."
The VI Group of Fatal Case, the latest relaunch of a classic crime franchise, endeavored to make plotlines as realistic as possible while condensing twists into 26 episodes of 20 minutes each. "Through one case after another, we see the stories behind the police profession — their daily lives of facing danger and hardship while upholding justice," said Ma Zhenzhen, the drama's producer.
For AI-generated micro-drama makers, technological progress makes it easier to visualize fantastic scenarios, but there is still much room for exploration before AI can be truly integrated into official film and TV production. As AI-generated content has an element of randomness, the biggest challenges are consistently testing character consistency, performance continuity and stable camera movement, said Yang Nian, chief director of the adventure drama Northern School Notes.
1.What did the team learn from the Nanyang drivers' descendants?
A.That the drivers had abandoned their overseas lives.
B.That the drivers had been forced to travel.
C.That their stories were already well documented.
D.That they were ordinary people deserving remembrance.
2.How did The VI Group of Fatal Case handle its story?
A.It used 26 episodes of 20 minutes each. B.It told the story without any crime scenes.
C.It focused on one single case. D.It was longer than any previous season.
3.What challenges do AI-generated micro-dramas face?
A.Limited budgets and small teams. B.Inconsistent characters and unstable camera work.
C.Strict rules about the length of each episode. D.Lack of interest among audiences.

Passage G
Chinese publishers are finding growing opportunities in Indonesia, where local publishing companies are exploring Chinese titles, copyright partnerships and printing technologies, and Indonesian readers are showing rising interest in Mandarin-language books.
At the Indonesia International Book Fair 2026, Indonesian publisher Gema Insani was in talks with Beijiao Children Joy Education and Technology from China to acquire rights to several children's science books, including titles featuring astronauts and interactive elements. Ecky, Gema Insani's marketing and copyright manager, said the two companies had met previously in Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur before continuing discussions in Jakarta.
"We are currently finalizing. There are some titles that we are interested in publishing in Indonesia, particularly children's books," said Ecky. The publisher was particularly interested in interactive features that are still relatively uncommon in Indonesia, including flip-flap mechanisms, 3D elements, slides and string-based components. Ecky said Chinese printing capabilities could also offer a cost advantage.
Interest in Chinese books is also emerging among Indonesian readers. Elvina, a Jakarta university student who has studied Mandarin through high school, visited the fair specifically to look for Mandarin-language fiction. "I'm very happy, actually, because I finally have access to buy and see more Mandarin books," she said. For her, Mandarin books offer more than language practice; she also collects them for their distinctive visual and literary qualities.
Chinese publishers are also strengthening long-term ties with Indonesian partners. Chen Changhai, general manager of Beijiao Children Joy, said his company has operated in the Indonesian market for several years and has brought in more than 400 new children's titles. "The Indonesian publishing market, especially the publishing of children's books, has great potential," he said, adding that cooperation has evolved from copyright transactions toward joint research and development.
1.What was Gema Insani discussing with the Chinese company?
A.Printing a large number of Chinese textbooks.
B.Opening a new bookstore in Jakarta.
C.Translating Indonesian books into Chinese.
D.Buying rights to several children's science books.
2.Why was the publisher interested in the books?
A.Their interactive features are unusual in Indonesia. B.They are cheaper than local ones.
C.They cover Indonesian history. D.They have won international prizes.
3.What does Elvina collect Mandarin books for?
A.For her Mandarin lessons at university. B.For their visual and literary qualities.
C.To sell them online. D.To give them to her friends.
4.How has the cooperation changed?
A.From joint production to simple sales. B.From printing to book fairs.
C.From copyright deals to joint research. D.From translation to teaching.
5.The text mainly reports ______.
A.why Indonesian readers prefer Chinese books
B.how Indonesian publishers are engaging with Chinese titles
C.how Chinese printing technology works
D.how to learn Mandarin in high school

Passage A
A centuries-old folk tradition from Shanghai took center stage last week at La Merce Festival, one of Barcelona's biggest cultural celebrations, as performers carrying giant bamboo lanterns rolled, spun and danced through the city.

【答案】 1.B 2.C 3.B 4.A
Carames 说的是"the rooted culture and history of Shanghai",其中 rooted culture 意为"根基深厚的文化",故其所谓"真正的上海"是指这座城市深厚的文化根脉,故选 B。 A. what Shanghai is like today C. the difficulties Shanghai has faced D. how Shanghai competes with Barcelona
In ancient times, when flooding frequently struck the coastal area, locals performed with rolling lanterns in rituals seeking protection from water-related disasters."(古时候沿海地区常遭水患,当地人在祈求免除水患的仪式中舞动滚灯)可知,其目的是祈雨驱灾,故选 C。干扰项分析:A. celebrate the harvest 是后文 Over generations 之后才出现的用途,属时序错置;B. attract visitors 与 rituals(仪式)的宗教性质矛盾;D. train performers 属无中生有。
a dialogue between folk traditions on an equal footing"意为"平等基础上的民间传统对话",dialogue 与 on an equal footing 共同指向对不同文化传统的相互尊重,故选 B。 C. Shanghai has a richer… 属反着说——on an equal footing 恰恰否定了高下之分;D. Modernization weakens…
根据首段"took center stage last week at La Merce Festival…in Barcelona"(上周在巴塞罗那梅尔塞节上登台亮相)可知,标题须同时点出"滚灯"与"巴塞罗那"两个要素,故选 A。 How Shanghai's Modernity Grew The Skills Behind… Why Festivals Matter to Cities
· circular adj.
· consumer n. /kənˈsjuːmə(r)/ 消费者(consume v.)
· discard v.
· secondhand adj.
· repurpose v.

· component n. /kəmˈpəʊnənt/ 部件;组件
· recover v.
Sustainability plays a growing role in product choices, the report suggested, but is rarely enough on its own — consumers still expect performance, durability and value.
Price plays a growing role in brand choice, the survey suggested, but is rarely enough on its own — shoppers still expect design, service and trust.
The jacket is designed to be repaired when parts wear out; when it can no longer be repaired, it can be taken apart so its nylon can be recovered for reuse.
The lamp is designed to be repaired when a bulb burns out; when it can no longer be repaired, it can be taken apart so its aluminium can be recovered for reuse.
What we learn doesn't stay with ReBIRD. It goes straight back into how the next generation of products gets designed."
What we hear doesn't stay in the service centre. It goes straight back into how the next version of the software gets designed."
【答案】1.B 2.C 3.A 4.D 5.B
首段说"buying…is no longer necessarily the end of the story",紧接着第二段列举以旧换新、二手转售、修补再用,故其含义是"售出之后产品仍延续其生命",故选 C。干扰项分析:A. buy fewer products 与首句 companies are exploring how to keep products in service longer 方向相反,属过度引申;B. online platforms 影子在 secondhand platform,二手平台并非"线上购买";D. Companies now make products that last longer
报告结论有两层:nearly 60 percent…were concerned about climate change,以及 Sustainability plays a growing role…but is rarely enough on its own — consumers still expect performance, durability and value,故选 B(既关心环保,又会权衡其他因素)。 A. stopped buying new products 与首段"buying something"仍存在矛盾;C. alone decides 与 rarely enough on its own 方向相反,属反着说;D. waste less food than before
第五段"products and components should be reused as many times and in as many ways as possible"直接对应"尽可能多次、多种方式重复使用",故选 A。 D. repaired only by their makers
第六段末句"when it can no longer be repaired, it can be taken apart so its nylon can be recovered for reuse"给出两步处置:拆解、再回收尼龙,故选 D。 A. returned to the store B. given away free of charge 无任何依据,属无中生有;C. sold to secondhand platforms 影子在第二段的 Clothing can be…resold,但那是服装品类,夹克不在其列,属细节拼贴。
第七段"repairing it, and seeing firsthand where products hold up…What we learn…goes straight back into how the next generation of products gets designed"表明维修数据反哺下一代设计,而第六段"is designed to be repaired when parts wear out"强调"从设计之初就可维修",二者合并即得正答,故选 B。 A. Repair services alone are enough C. Outdoor brands are more sustainable…属无中生有,全文未作跨行业比较;D. price than durability 影子在第四段 still expect performance, durability and value,原文并未说价格比耐用更重要。

【答案】1.C 2.A 3.D 4.C 5.B
首段说"a pile of seemingly disordered pottery fragments is transformed into a majestic…Terracotta Warrior",即一堆杂乱陶片被复原成一尊陶俑,且"daily scene"表明这是每日重复的工作,故选 C。干扰项分析:A. watching archaeologists excavate 与 restoration laboratory(修复室)职能不符;B. fitting new heads 中的 new 暗示新制部件,原文说的是"看似杂乱无章的陶片"被复原而非新头,属细节拼贴;D.
covering everything from excavation to storage 直接点明全流程的范围,故选 A。干扰项分析:B. replaces all traditional… C. applies only to painted warriors 属以偏概全,氮封恒湿、3D 成像等程序并非只对彩俑;D. records the history 属目的错置。
第四段末句"rapid changes in humidity after the warriors were exposed to the air caused some surviving pigments to curl, warp and flake off"给出因果,故选 D。
第五段"unearthed warriors can move directly from the excavation site to the laboratory, where conservation, restoration and research are carried out simultaneously"给出三项同步进行,故选 C。 A. only in laboratories off-site 与 move directly from the excavation site to the laboratory 矛盾;B. repaired before excavated 属时序倒置;D. Only warriors with remaining color 属以偏概全,"a series of procedures"是每尊彩俑的标准流程。
Since the discovery…generations of archaeologists and conservators have worked to protect this legacy of ancient Chinese civilization"为主句,落点在"几代人的持续保护",故选 B。干扰项分析:A. discovered by accident 未提及"accidentally",属添加修饰;C. UNESCO listed the site in D. Ancient craftsmanship was more advanced
C.By using vivid singing, acrobatics and movements. D.By explaining the plot before the show.
D.report on how an ancient art form won over a foreign audience

【答案】1.A 2.C 3.B 4.D
第三段以 Having previously seen only brief excerpts 起句,随即说 the evening gave her a much fuller impression,二者构成因果,故选 A。干扰项分析:B. studied at university 与 only brief excerpts 矛盾;C. read reviews 属无中生有;D. watched many similar performances 与 only brief excerpts 矛盾,且属过度引申。
Through powerful singing, fast-paced fight scenes, acrobatics and expressive movements 与 easy to follow even for viewers unfamiliar with Chinese opera 构成方式—结果关系,故选 C。 D. explaining the plot before the show 属无中生有。
I don't speak Chinese, but I could still follow the story and feel the emotion",说明不懂语言也能理解,故选 B。干扰项分析:A. easy to learn 属过度引申——她说的是"看得懂",不是"学得会",是最强干扰;C. prefer Chinese music 属局部信息代替中心;D. plans to visit China 是首段莱曼的情节,被安到凯勒身上,属张冠李戴。
A. compare Chinese and German theatre traditions 中德戏曲并未对照呈现;C. recommend travel to Berlin 属无中生有;B. introduce the history of the troupe

【答案】1.C 2.A 3.B 4.D
Something seemed to draw me deeper, as if I were on a mission",即为答案原句,故选 C。 B. paid by the government 无依据;D. photos for a magazine 与 later publishing a photography album(自费出摄影集)矛盾。
Carved from red sandstone…through wind erosion and water scouring"点明成因,故选 A。 C. deeper than the Grand Canyon D. formed by an ancient river 与 wind erosion and water scouring 并列,非"古河"单一成因。
The scenery is stunning"与"like a painter has drawn his brush across the stone"连续表达赞叹,故选 D。 B. explain how the canyon was formed C. warn readers about the danger 与"stunning"的方向相反;A. man-made 与 tens of millions of years 的自然成因矛盾。
4.Why did the team travel to Southeast Asia as well as China?
A.To interview the drivers themselves. B.To film the locations for the drama.
C.To find descendants and first-hand material. D.To sell the rights to a foreign network.

【答案】 1.D 2.A 3.B 4.C
王志说"they were not just records left in historical archives, but young people who deserve to be remembered",正是"平凡却值得被记住的人",故选 D。 A. abandoned their overseas lives 与原句"they chose to return"矛盾——是选择而非被迫,属反着说;B. forced to travel 与"chose"矛盾;C. already well documented 与 not just records left in historical archives 矛盾。
第四段 condensing twists into 26 episodes of 20 minutes each 给出集数与时长,故选 A。 B. without any crime scenes 与 a classic crime franchise 矛盾;C. a single case 与 one case after another 矛盾;D. longer than any previous
干扰项分析:A. budgets and teams 无依据;C. rules about the length 影子在《六案组》的每集 20 分钟,那是剧情压缩的时长,不是 AI 剧的规则,属细节拼贴;D. lack of interest 全文未涉及观众反应。
第二段说团队前往五地"to collect firsthand material, interviewing the descendants of the Nanyang Volunteer Drivers",机工后人多在东南亚居住,故选 C。 A. interview the drivers themselves 影子是 descendants(后代),而机工当年已不在世,属时序错置,是最强干扰;B. film the locations 与 collect firsthand material 目的不同;D. sell the rights 无依据。

【答案】1.D 2.A 3.B 4.C 5.B
第二段"was in talks with…to acquire rights to several children's science books"为正答原句,故选 D。
第三段 was particularly interested in interactive features that are still relatively uncommon in Indonesia 直接说明理由,故选 A。
第四段 she also collects them for their distinctive visual and literary qualities 给出原句,故选 B。 Mandarin lessons 与 more than language practice 矛盾——原文正是"不只是"语言练习,是本题最强干扰;C. sell online 无依据;D. give to friends 无依据。
末段 cooperation has evolved from copyright transactions toward joint research and development 给出原句,故选 C。 A. From joint production to simple sales B. From printing to book fairs 与 printing capabilities(成本)不是合作起点;D. From translation to teaching 无依据。
D. how to learn Mandarin 无依据。
