As a teenager, what you eat plays a big role in how you grow and how you feel. Here are some important tips for developing healthy eating habits.
First, eat a balanced breakfast every day. Breakfast gives you energy for the morning. Studies show that teenagers who eat breakfast do better in school than those who don’t.
Second, eat more fruits and vegetables. They are full of vitamins and minerals that help your body grow strong. Try to eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables each day.
Third, drink plenty of water. Your body needs water to work properly. Avoid sugary drinks like soda and sweetened juice. They add extra calories but provide little nutrition.
Fourth, don’t skip meals. Some teenagers skip meals because they think it will help them lose weight. However, skipping meals can make you feel tired and even lead to overeating later.
Fifth, limit junk food. Foods like chips, candy, and fast food are high in fat, sugar, and salt. Eating too much junk food can lead to weight problems and other health issues.
Finally, eat with your family when possible. Studies suggest that teenagers who eat family meals tend to have healthier diets and are less likely to develop eating disorders.
Developing healthy eating habits takes time and effort, but the benefits are worth it. A healthy diet helps you grow well, do better in school, and feel more energetic every day.

Now more and more people are worrying about their health. But how can we keep healthy? Different people may give different answers to this question. I think it is important to do the following.
First, we should take exercise every day. Enough exercise helps us be strong and work better. That is why more and more people start different kinds of sports and exercises. Some play basketball or volleyball and others play football or table tennis.
Second, have a healthy diet (日常饮食). We should not eat too much or too little for every meal. We should eat healthy food, such as all kinds of grains (谷),green vegetables and fruits.
Third, give up bad habits like smoking and drinking, because they are also bad for our health.
