I was sad、I wanted to give up,无细节、无层次,画面感缺失。
1. 熟记成长类续写五大步万能叙事骨架,构建标准化情节逻辑,杜绝情节跑偏、断层;
2. 攻克核心难点:掌握多层次内心冲突描写技法,摆脱单一情绪表达,写出高分心理层次;
3. 区分三大子主题描写差异,适配挫折、坚持、自我超越各类场景精准写作;
4. 熟记专属成长升华金句,实现结尾立意拔高,杜绝套路化空泛抒情;
1. 挫折与蜕变:侧重“失败—反思—改正—蜕变”,重点描写受挫后的自我调整与心态转变;
2. 梦想与坚持:侧重“疲惫—迷茫—坚守初心—久久为功”,重点刻画长期坚持中的自我博弈;
I was upset and wanted to give up.
A wave of disappointment washed over me. On one hand, I was utterly exhausted by countless failures; on the other hand, I hated to abandon what I had devoted so much time to.
Tired and confused, I fell into a fierce inner struggle. The thought of giving up crept into my mind, yet my initial determination refused to fade away.
I stood rooted to the spot, overwhelmed by fear and nervousness. However, a voice deep in my heart told me that courage meant moving forward despite fear.
I secretly doubted my ability and even wanted to quit. After a bitter inner struggle, I finally chose to stick to it rather than yield to difficulties.
Though repeated failures had frustrated me greatly, I refused to lose heart. Instead, I calmed down to find out my mistakes, adjusted my methods and tried again with greater patience.
Ignoring the throbbing pain and overwhelming tiredness, I gritted my teeth and kept pushing myself forward. No difficulty could shake my determination to stick to the end.
Realizing that escaping could never solve problems, I plucked up all my courage to face the challenge bravely, determined to break through my own limits.
Every setback is a precious gift in disguise. It is through overcoming failures that we gain growth and become tougher than before.
Success never comes easily. Only persistent efforts and unwavering determination can turn dreams into reality.
The greatest opponent is always ourselves. Breaking through inner fears means winning the most important victory in life.
Growth lies not in never falling, but in rising bravely every time we fall and moving forward with unremitting efforts.
1. 杜绝无挣扎突破:禁止出现“遇到困难→直接坚持→立刻成功”的无脑情节,必须插入内心博弈过程;
2. 杜绝情绪硬反转:挫败、迷茫的情绪必须有过渡,不能瞬间乐观积极;
3.杜绝动作空洞:坚持、努力必须搭配具体动作(调整方法、复盘失误、咬牙坚持),拒绝空喊口号;
4. 杜绝升华脱节:结尾感悟必须贴合本次挫折经历,不能套用万能空句;
I took part in a school cycling race last weekend. The race went smoothly at first, and I kept pace with other competitors confidently. However, halfway through the race, I accidentally fell off my bike. Sharp pain spread through my knee, and my bike was slightly damaged. Seeing the bleeding wound and the fading figures of other runners, I felt totally exhausted and hopeless. I was on the verge of giving up the tough race.
1. 人物线索:主角自信、有毅力、热爱运动,遇挫折陷入迷茫,人设核心:坚韧但会疲惫迷茫;
2. 情节线索:顺利参赛→意外摔倒受伤→对手远去→身心俱疲、濒临放弃;
3. 情感线索:自信从容→疼痛慌乱→疲惫绝望→动摇放弃;
I sat on the ground, staring at my bleeding knee, consumed by great disappointment. A strong desire to give up crept into my mind, for the pain was almost unbearable and the gap with others was getting wider and wider. Just as I was trapped in fierce inner struggle, I recalled the countless mornings and evenings I spent practicing cycling. It was my persistent efforts and initial dream that drove me to take part in the race. Refusing to waste all my hard work, I took a deep breath, struggled to stand up and continued to move forward slowly.
Though every pedaling brought sharp pain and extreme tiredness, I gritted my teeth and kept going steadily. I ignored the physical discomfort and focused all my attention on the finish line step by step. To my great relief, I finally completed the race successfully. I didn’t win a prize, but I gained far more valuable growth. This experience taught me vividly that growth is accompanied by setbacks and hardships. Only by overcoming difficulties and surpassing ourselves can we embrace a better self in life.

As far as I can remember, I’ve always been a night owl. Even in middle school I would stay up very late. I would feel completely at ease doing my homework in bed, with light music on. I found comfort in keeping myself awake when everyone else had gone to bed, and I loved the silence of the night. My parents urged me to get out of this so-called unhealthy habit, but their repeated requests fell on deaf ears.
Fast forward to my first year of college. I still loved the night and would stay up until unruly hours for no apparent reason, chatting online and watching videos. When I finally started to study, I would race through the assigned work, often well past midnight. My roommates would tell me to go to bed and get up early the following morning to do it instead. Get up early to do my homework? No way! I would never do that.
Then, one day last term, I did exactly that. Bent over my laptop while sitting on the bed in the corner of my room, I suddenly felt a pounding headache, and had to lie down. Unable to keep my eyes open, I decided I had no choice but to finish my homework the next morning. I woke up at 6 am. Hardly had I written half a page when I felt a sharp pain in my chest.
At the school clinic, a doctor, with a serious expression on his face, handed me a medical report. “You’re 20, but your heart is 40!” he said. A cold wave went through me. I realized that years of living as a late-night person had turned my heart into an overworked engine.

(1)续写词数应为150左右;
Struck by the doctor’s warning, I knew I had to make a change.

It was a regular Saturday morning, just like any other. I was driving my nine-year-old daughter, Emma, to her weekly swimming lesson. Recently, Emma had started seeing me as a true hero who could solve any problem fairly. “You always know what’s right, Dad,” she would say. We were talking about her class when I noticed a crowd up ahead and had to slow down.
People were gathered on the street, pointing and laughing. In the middle of it all was a large brown and white cow. It looked completely lost and terrified. Some kids were shouting nearby, which seemed to scare the animal even more. A strong feeling of anger rose inside me. These people were treating the poor creature’s fear as entertainment.
“Dad, that cow is scared.” Emma said softly from the back seat. “What would you do?” Her question was serious. She believed I would do the right thing. “Well,” I said, trying to sound confident for her, “I would calm it down and help it find its way home.” I explained that I knew a lot about cows. I spent my childhood on a farm, and now I even worked at a beef processing plant. I was sure my experience would impress Emma. After dropping off a very impressed Emma, I turned my car around. I felt it was my duty to go back and help.
When I returned, the scene was worse. I learned from a shop owner that the cow had been wandering for a while, knocking over a fruit stand and causing quite a bit of trouble. I took a slow, careful step towards the animal, speaking in a gentle voice. However, instead of calming down, the cow lowered its head and let out a threatening sound. It stared directly at me, full of hostility. My confidence faded, replaced by a sudden fear. This wasn’t going to be easy at all.

Just as I was about to turn and run, two police officers arrived on the scene.

Eva spent the first week of high school trying to keep her head above water. One of the major headaches for her was finding her way in the huge school building. It was a six-story building. On each floor, hallways stretched in four directions, leading to classrooms, laboratories, and teachers’ offices. Somewhere in the building, there was also a library, a cafeteria, and a gym.
Having a poor sense of direction, Eva found it impossible to get around in such a huge building. All the different hallways and rooms were too much to think about, let alone commit to memory. She decided that she would memorize where her classes were and then pretend that the rest of the place didn’t exist.
In her first PE class, Eva was shocked when Coach Pitt announced that everyone had to run one mile around the track outside. She searched the faces of her classmates for signs of panic. There was nothing she feared more than having to run a whole mile. To Eva, “a mile” was used to describe long distances. It was ten miles from her home to her grandfather’s, and that always seemed like a long way, even in a car!
When Coach Pitt blew his whistle (哨子), Eva figured she would be left in the dust. However, while some of her classmates edged ahead, others actually fell behind. ” It’s just the beginning, “she thought. “I’ll come in last for sure. ”
Soon Eva began to breathe hard, with her heart pounding and legs shaking. Feeling desperate, Eva started using a mind trick on herself. She stopped thinking about the word” mile. “Instead, she focused on reaching the shadow cast on the track by an oak tree up ahead. Then she concentrated on jogging to the spot where the track curved (拐弯). After that, she tried to see if she could complete her first lap. One lap turned into two, then three, then four.

When I was in middle school, my social studies teacher asked me to enter a writing contest. I said no without thinking. I did not love writing. My family came from Brazil, so English was only my second language. Writing was so difficult and painful for me that my teacher had allowed me to present my paper on the sinking of the Titanic by acting out a play, where I played all the parts. No one laughed harder than he did.
So, why did he suddenly force me to do something at which I was sure to fail? His reply: “Because I love your stories. If you’re willing to apply yourself, I think you have a good shot at this.” Encouraged by his words, I agreed to give it a try.
I chose Paul Revere’s horse as my subject. Paul Revere was a silversmith (银匠) in Boston who rode a horse at night on April 18, 1775 to Lexington to warn people that British soldiers were coming. My story would come straight from the horse’s mouth. Not a brilliant idea, but funny; and unlikely to be anyone else’s choice.
What did the horse think, as he sped through the night? Did he get tired? Have doubts? Did he want to quit? I sympathized immediately. I got tired. I had doubts. I wanted to quit. But, like Revere’s horse, I kept going. I worked hard. I checked my spelling. I asked my older sister to correct my grammar. I checked out a half dozen books on Paul Revere from the library. I even read a few of them.
When I handed in the essay to my teacher, he read it, laughed out loud, and said, “Great. Now, write it again.” I wrote it again, and again and again. When I finally finished it, the thought of winning had given way to the enjoyment of writing. If I didn’t win, I wouldn’t care.

It was the day of the big cross-country run. Students from seven different primary schools in and around the small town were warming up and walking the route(路线)through thick evergreen forest.
I looked around and finally spotted David, who was standing by himself off to the side by a fence. He was small for ten years old. His usual big toothy smile was absent today. I walked over and asked him why he wasn't with the other children. He hesitated and then said he had decided not to run.
What was wrong? He had worked so hard for this event!
I quickly searched the crowd for the school's coach and asked him what had happened. "I was afraid that kids from other schools would laugh at him," he explained uncomfortably. "I gave him the choice to run or not, and let him decide."
I bit back my frustration(懊恼). I knew the coach meant well — he thought he was doing the right thing. After making sure that David could run if he wanted, I turned to find him coming towards me, his small body rocking from side to side as he swung his feet forward.
David had a brain disease which prevented him from walking or running like other children, but at school his classmates thought of him as a regular kid. He always participated to the best of his ability in whatever they were doing. That was why none of the children thought it unusual that David had decided to join the cross-country team. It just took him longer — that’s all. David had not missed a single practice, and although he always finished his run long after the other children, he did always finish. As a special education teacher at the school, I was familiar with the challenges David faced and was proud of his strong determination.

A MOTHER’S DAY SURPRISE
The twins were filled with excitement as they thought of the surprise they were planning for Mother’s Day. How pleased and proud Mother would be when they brought her breakfast in bed. They planned to make French toast and chicken porridge. They had watched their mother in the kitchen. There was nothing to it. Jenna and Jeff knew exactly what to do.
The big day came at last. The alarm rang at 6 a.m. The pair went down the stairs quietly to the kitchen. They decided to boil the porridge first. They put some rice into a pot of water and left it to boil while they made the French toast. Jeff broke two eggs into a plate and added in some milk. Jenna found the bread and put two slices into the egg mixture. Next, Jeff turned on the second stove burner to heat up the frying pan. Everything was going smoothly until Jeff started frying the bread. The pan was too hot and the bread turned black within seconds. Jenna threw the burnt piece into the sink and put in the other slice of bread. This time, she turned down the fire so it cooked nicely.
Then Jeff noticed steam shooting out of the pot and the lid starting to shake. The next minute, the porridge boiled over and put out the fire. Jenna panicked. Thankfully, Jeff stayed calm and turned off the gas quickly. But the stove was a mess now. Jenna told Jeff to clean it up so they could continue to cook the rest of the porridge. But Jeff’s hand touched the hot burner and he gave a cry of pain. Jenna made him put his hand in cold water. Then she caught the smell of burning. Oh dear! The piece of bread in the pan had turned black as well.

I was sad、I wanted to give up,无细节、无层次,画面感缺失。
1. 熟记成长类续写五大步万能叙事骨架,构建标准化情节逻辑,杜绝情节跑偏、断层;
2. 攻克核心难点:掌握多层次内心冲突描写技法,摆脱单一情绪表达,写出高分心理层次;
3. 区分三大子主题描写差异,适配挫折、坚持、自我超越各类场景精准写作;
4. 熟记专属成长升华金句,实现结尾立意拔高,杜绝套路化空泛抒情;
1. 挫折与蜕变:侧重“失败—反思—改正—蜕变”,重点描写受挫后的自我调整与心态转变;
2. 梦想与坚持:侧重“疲惫—迷茫—坚守初心—久久为功”,重点刻画长期坚持中的自我博弈;
I was upset and wanted to give up.
A wave of disappointment washed over me. On one hand, I was utterly exhausted by countless failures; on the other hand, I hated to abandon what I had devoted so much time to.

Growth lies not in never falling, but in rising bravely every time we fall and moving forward with unremitting efforts.
1. 杜绝无挣扎突破:禁止出现“遇到困难→直接坚持→立刻成功”的无脑情节,必须插入内心博弈过程;
2. 杜绝情绪硬反转:挫败、迷茫的情绪必须有过渡,不能瞬间乐观积极;
3.杜绝动作空洞:坚持、努力必须搭配具体动作(调整方法、复盘失误、咬牙坚持),拒绝空喊口号;
4. 杜绝升华脱节:结尾感悟必须贴合本次挫折经历,不能套用万能空句;
1. 人物线索:主角自信、有毅力、热爱运动,遇挫折陷入迷茫,人设核心:坚韧但会疲惫迷茫;
2. 情节线索:顺利参赛→意外摔倒受伤→对手远去→身心俱疲、濒临放弃;
3. 情感线索:自信从容→疼痛慌乱→疲惫绝望→动摇放弃;

Struck by the doctor's warning, I knew I had to make a change. I set a strict bedtime of ten-thirty and placed my phone on the desk, far from my bed. The first week was incredibly tough. Accustomed to staying up late for Queen’s English years, I tossed and turned long into the night. But every time I wanted to give up, the cold wave that had washed over me in the clinic flooded me again. To better adapt to the new schedule, I developed a nightly routine of drinking warm milk and reading physical books. Seeing my determination,one of my roommates gladly became my strict "supervisor", ensuring I stuck to the plan.
Slowly but surely, my efforts to adjust to the new routine paid off. After two months came a morning when I woke up naturally at six, my mind as clear as the morning light streaming through the curtains. I managed to finish all my schoolwork in the quiet morning hours. Remarkable changes took place in me: the unbearable headache and chest discomfort never returned, and I was full of vitality all day long. My "supervisor" praised me warmly for my great transformation. A genuine smile spread across my face.The quiet night had once brought me superficial comfort, but I finally realized that true freedom lies in self-discipline and self-care.

They stepped out of their patrol car calmly, holding a thick rope in hand. I hurried to share my childhood farm experience with them, and we made a quick plan to cooperate. One officer slowly circled the cow to distract it, keeping his movements gentle to avoid scaring it again. I seized the chance to approach from the side, whispering soft words like I used to do to calm the cows on my old farm. Little by little, the cow’s tense body relaxed, its threatening lowing faded, and it even blinked at me gently.
After we managed to secure the cow to a tree, we began to discuss what to do with it. Luckily, a farmer passing by recognized the cow immediately — it was his. He thanked us profusely, explaining that the cow had broken free from the fence early that morning and gone missing. When I picked up Emma after her lesson, I told her every detail of the rescue. Her face lit up with admiration: “Dad, you’re really my hero!” That day, I understood that heroism isn’t about being fearless, but about summoning courage to do what’s right even when scared.

When Coach Pitt said “Nice work!” to her at the finish line, Eva was surprised. In the vast expanse of her school, a girl with poor directional skills struggled to navigate and often got lost. One day, during gym class, she observed a unique way to find her way - following the shadows of trees. As the sun cast its rays, the girl noticed how the shadows created patterns on the ground, guiding her path. She took a leap of faith and followed the shadows, surprising herself with each turn and stretch. Her efforts were noticed by the teacher, who praised her innovative thinking.
Eva decided to use the same trick to deal with the school building. She used the shadows to navigate the school hallways, find her classes, and even locate the school's various facilities. This newfound skill not only helped the girl navigate her school but also instilled in her a sense of confidence and adventure. She learned excitedly that with a little creativity and observation, any challenge could be overcome. And with each step she took, she left behind a legacy of inspiration for those who followed in her footsteps, knowing that even without a clear sense of direction, there's always a way to find one's way.

One possible version:
A few weeks later, when I almost forgot the contest, there came the news.I won first place! My heart skipped a beat and disbelief washed over me. At the award ceremony hosted in the school hall, the headmaster kindly presented me with a certificate of achievement. My face lit up with joy as I accepted the award, my smile filled with pride. A round of applause rang through the hall.
I went to my teacher's office after the award presentation. "Congratulations again! I knew you had it in you," he said warmly, signaling me to take a seat."Thank you." I replied, with a mixture of gratitude and excitement. I reflected on my initial doubts and hesitations. Sometimes, all it takes is someone who believes in us, someone who sees our potential even when we don't see it ourselves. Leaving his office that day, I felt a renewed sense of purpose and determination. I knew that this was just the beginning. I was inspired to keep writing and exploring my creativity.
