(2)What did the author/man/ woman realize at the end? (3)How does the author/man/ woman seem to feel about…? (4)What can we learn from…? (5)The passage is probably taken from ______. 做这类题目时，考生应对文章大意有基本的把握，能通过文章所叙述的人或事，对具体问题进行合理有据的分析。 三、词 / 句义猜测题 词 / 句义猜测类的题目考查的是考生联系上下文解释文中某个词、短语或句子（可能有下画线，也可能没有）的能力。此类词、短语或句子要么本身难以理解，要么在文中有特殊作用，要么蕴含了作者或文中某个人物的态度或观点等。 这类题目的题干示例如下： （1） The underlined word/sentence “×××” most probably means ______. （2） What does the underlined word “×××” mean in the passage? （3） The word “×××” most probably means ______. （4） What does “×××” mean? 做这类题目时，考生应在读懂题干所指的词或短语所在句子的意思的基础上，结合上下文，从文章主旨或段落主题出发，判断该词、短语或句子在文章中的意思。此外，考生也可能会遇到一些由熟悉的单词派生或合成的新词。对于这些单词，考生可以利用构词法对其词义进行猜测。在日常学习中，考生应积累一些常见的词缀，这对于做词义猜测题也会很有帮助。 四、主旨大意题 主旨大意类的题目考查的是考生对文章中心思想或作者意图的掌握。需要考生把握文章的中心思想，熟知各段落大意，明晰文章结构，清楚作者的写作目的，以及对文章标题进行选择。 这类题目的题干示例如下： （1）What is the passage mainly about? （2）Which would be the best title of the passage? （3）What would be the best title of this story? （4）The main idea of this passage is ______. （5）The passage mainly tells us ______. 做这类题目时，考生可以从每段的段首、段尾或文章的开头、结尾来寻找线索，以此把握文章的行文思路和内在逻辑，归纳总结。在选择主旨句时，要清楚句子是否能够完整地概括全文或全段的中心思想，语言表述是否准确。 阅读下列短文，从各题所给的A、B、C、D四个选项中选出最佳选项。 （广西 2026 年对口招收中等职业学校毕业生统一考试英语 (对口考试) 阅读理解Text 1） WE ARE HIRING!
