A．and B．if C．whether D．and that 【答案】D 【详解】句意：——你爸爸在电话里说了什么？——他说他很忙，十分钟后给我回电话。 两个宾语从句并列时，第一个 that 可以省略，第二个 that 不可省略，所以要用 and that；只填 and 会让第二个从句缺少引导词。故选 D。 三、合并句子（5 小题 × 2 分 = 10 分） 1．Mike is good at maths.　/　I think … 【答案】I think (that) Mike is good at maths. 【详解】句意：我认为迈克擅长数学。 主句是 I think，后接陈述内容，用 that 引导（可省略）；主句为现在时，从句时态不必改变。 2．Is Lucy at home now?　/　I want to know … 【答案】I want to know if / whether Lucy is at home now. 【详解】句意：我想知道露西现在是否在家。 一般疑问句转述用 if 或 whether；从句语序要还原为陈述语序，is 移到主语 Lucy 之后。 3．Light travels faster than sound.　/　Our physics teacher told us … 【答案】Our physics teacher told us (that) light travels faster than sound. 【详解】句意：物理老师告诉我们光比声音传播得快。 主句 told 是过去时，但从句讲的是客观真理，时态不受影响，仍用 travels。 4．"Are you free tonight?"　/　She asked me … 【答案】She asked me if / whether I was free that night. 【详解】句意：她问我那天晚上是否有空。 五处须同步转换：一般疑问句转述加 if 或 whether；语序还原为陈述语序；人称 you 变 I；时间状语 tonight 变 that night；主句为过去时，are 变 was。 5．Should I stay or leave?　/　I can't decide … 【答案】I can't decide whether I should stay or leave. 【详解】句意：我拿不定主意该留下还是离开。 一般疑问句转述用 whether（此处 if 也可以）；语序须还原为陈述语序，should 放在主语 I 之后。 四、翻译句子（5 小题 × 3 分 = 15 分） 1．我不知道他明天会不会来。 【答案】I don't know if / whether he will come tomorrow. 【详解】句意：我不知道他明天会不会来。 "会不会"是典型的不确定信号，用 if 或 whether；从句用陈述语序 he will，不是 will he；"明天"表将来，用 will come。 2．我认为他不对。 【答案】I don't think (that) he is right. 【详解】句意：我认为他不对。 中文说"我认为他不对"，英文要把否定提到主句，说成 I don't think…，而不是 I think he isn't right. 这是英汉表达习惯的差异，须整体记住。 3．老师说地球绕着太阳转。 【答案】The teacher said (that) the earth goes around the sun. 【详解】句意：老师说地球绕着太阳转。 中文没有任何时态标记，极易受 said 影响误写成 went；"地球绕太阳转"是客观真理，永远用一般现在时 goes 或 moves。 4．他问我那天是否有空。 【答案】He asked me if / whether I was free that day. 【详解】句意：他问我那天是否有空。 "是否"用 if 或 whether；主句 asked 是过去时，are 变 was；转述时人称 you 变 I；"那天"用 that day。 5．我还没决定是否参加这次比赛。 【答案】I haven't decided whether to take part in the competition (or not). 【详解】句意：我还没决定是否参加这次比赛。 "是否 + 动词"可以简化为 whether + 不定式结构 whether to do；此处不能换成 if to do。 1 学科网（北京）股份有限公司 $
