Early in the morning, a family in Rockaway Township, New Jersey were really surprised at what they saw through the window-a mother bear and her five babies were enjoying a pool party in the backyard of the family.
The special 1 (visit) were quite happy. In the swimming pool, they enjoyed 2 (they) playing with water, just like any human family on hot days. They seemed to love the pool and have much fun there. 3 , the family didn’t know what to do.
“They look like Teddy bears,” one girl in the family said, watching the animals 4 (careful) inside the house. Although the scene was cute, the girl didn’t think so. “They 5 (take) my toys. They may break our pool with their feet. I wish the bears were not here.”
Just like kids, those baby bears also liked other fun places in the backyard. They wanted to try out the slide (滑梯). What was even 6 (bad), the mother bear tried 7 (play) with the pool pump (泵). It was 8 electric (带电的) machine, so the family were really 9 (worry) that the bear might be in danger. Luckily, nothing happened. 10 (Final), the pool party was over and all the bears left. All the family were safe.
“In fact, we didn’t invite them to our house,” Mr. Basile said. “I hope they won’t go to someone else’s backyard later.”

故填good。

本句even后面加形容词比较级,bad的比较级是worse,what was even worse固定表达表示更糟糕的是,故填worse。
