★ ① 无灵主语:让情感名词做主语(A wave of...),动词用 swept over / welled up,不要写 I felt...

Minutes before the school’s first debate final, a wave of anxiety swept over Lin Tao. So nervous was he that his mind went completely blank when the judge called his name. But the moment he caught his deskmate’s encouraging nod in the back row, his heart stopped pounding wildly. When the result came — first prize — tears of joy filled his eyes, and his father held him in a tight embrace without a word.
串讲词块:a wave of anxiety ★ / one’s mind went blank ★ / heart pounding wildly / tears of joy ★ / hold sb in a tight embrace
I felt a wave of anxiety.
A wave of anxiety swept over me.
His heart was pounding, his palms were sweating, and he felt very nervous.
With his heart pounding and his palms sweating, he stepped onto the stage.
框架:With ____(身体部位) ____(doing/done), 主语 + 动作, as if ____(比喻或心理)。
示例:With her hands trembling slightly, she turned over the admission letter, as if holding her whole future in her palms.
Fearing to wake the baby, the young father tiptoed into the room and gently covered the little feet that had kicked the blanket away.
【必会】冲出去 dash out of
Grabbing her umbrella, she dashed out of the door into the pouring rain, for the old sweet-potato seller at the corner was still without any shelter.
【必会】怒气冲冲地走出 storm out of
He stormed out of the kitchen, slamming the door so hard that the photo frames on the wall trembled — and the regret came flooding back the next second.
【必会】挣扎着站起 struggle to one’s feet

On the night of the typhoon, the power went out. Grabbing a torch, Grandma tiptoed into my room to check the blanket. Just then the window burst open and rain dashed in. Without a second thought, I dashed out of bed, and together we struggled to push the heavy cabinet against the window. When it was done, Grandma patted me on the shoulder, her hand trembling with age. “My little man,” she said.
串讲词块:tiptoe into ★ / dash out of ★ / struggle to one’s feet / pat sb on the shoulder ★
He went into the room quietly.
He tiptoed into the room.
She ran out of the room angrily.
She stormed out of the room, slamming the door.
框架:____(分词或状语), 主语 + 精准动词 + 方向或处所, ____(伴随细节或结果)。
示例:Whispering “sorry”, he slipped out of the dormitory, the door clicking shut behind him.
The morning sun streamed in
The morning sun streamed through the dusty window, painting golden stripes on the floor where the old man sat waiting for his son.
As dusk fell
As dusk fell, the village lanes grew quiet, and only the smell of cooking smoke promised that someone was waiting for you to come home.
Dead silence filled the room.
Dead silence filled the hall after the accident; even the drop of a needle would have echoed like thunder.

Fallen leaves danced in the wind.
Fallen leaves danced across the empty playground, as if rehearsing the farewell everyone had been trying to postpone.

The storm had raged for three days, and rain beat against the window like a drum. Inside the cave, dead silence filled the air except for the dripping water. As dusk fell, the last ray of light faded, and a freezing wind crept through the cracks. The boy pulled the blanket tighter and told himself: when the first rays of dawn touch the hilltop tomorrow, rescue will come.
串讲词块:rain beat against ★ / dead silence ★ / as dusk fell ★ / a freezing wind ★ / the first rays of dawn
The weather was bad, so he felt sad.
Rain beat against the window all night, as if echoing the heaviness in his heart.
It was very quiet.
Dead silence filled the room; not even the ticking of the clock could be heard.
As dusk fell, the street lamps flickered on one by one, wrapping the anxious girl in a soft orange glow.
★ ② It was...that 强调句、Only+状语倒装是阅卷亮点
It was at that moment that...
It was at that moment that he realised his father’s silence had never been coldness, but the clumsiest kind of love.
用法:强调句去掉 It was...that 句子仍完整;but 连接平行结构。
Not until then did...
Not until then did he understand how many small sacrifices his mother had quietly made behind his back over the years.
Only by...can...
Only by stumbling, falling and standing up again can a teenager truly grow into the person he is meant to be.

A small act of kindness, passed from hand to hand, can light up a whole street of dark winter nights.
用法:passed from hand to hand 作插入语;light up 双关“照亮、点亮”。
He handed the umbrella back to the stranger who had sheltered him from the rain an hour ago. The stranger smiled and said, “Pass it on.” Years later, on another rainy night, a senior high student found himself holding an umbrella for a crying little girl at the bus stop. It was at that moment that he understood: kindness never disappears; it simply waits for the right hand.
It was at that moment that ★ / pass it on / 首尾呼应点题
I learned that we should be kind to others.
It was that rainy night that taught him the weight of a stranger’s kindness.
Not until then he understood his mother’s love.
Not until then did he understand his mother’s love.
Not until he stood on the empty stage did he realise how much courage it took his teacher to stand there every day.
A wave of / A surge of + 情感名词 + swept over / welled up in + 人
A surge of pride welled up in her as the national flag rose slowly in the foreign stadium.
She knelt beside the wounded bird, with her hands trembling as she tried to stop the bleeding.
公式:So+adj+was+主语+that... / Not until+状语+did+主语+... / It was...that...
So tired was the rescue worker that he fell asleep the moment he sat down, yet he smiled in his dream.
