Step 2 Work on Further study 1.Introduce the short text about Lei Feng and review how he spent his spare time helping others and doing good for society. 2.Divide students into groups.Ask each group to search for another role model like Lei Feng,collect two or three key facts and explain what makes the person’s life meaningful. 3.Invite groups to present their findings. Step 3 Summary 　　Summarize the whole unit and encourage students to live a meaningful life.Remind students to be useful,helpful and positive. ◇教学反思◇ 　　学生能完成自我评估并明确薄弱环节,但制订改进计划时较为笼统,缺乏可操作性。同时,学生对奉献精神理解深刻,但日常英语表达仍需加强。后续应指导学生制订具体、可执行的计划,持续提升语言能力。 Unit 4　Life is beautiful 单元导航 一、单元内容分析 本单元围绕“生命的意义与价值”展开,属于“人与自我”主题范畴中的“做人与做事”主题群。本单元从仙人掌、荷花、松树和竹子等植物在不同环境中的生长状态切入,体会坚强、希望、韧性等生命品质。学生通过阅读《落花生》,理解“不追求外在赞美,更重要的是成为对他人和社会有用的人”这一价值追求,并进一步思考个人目标与人生价值之间的关系。在语法板块中,学生学习verb⁃ing和verb⁃ed的基本用法及其在不同句子成分中的功能,提升描述行为、感受和人物品质的语言能力。Integration板块围绕“怎样让生命更有意义”展开,通过樊锦诗、雷锋、张桂梅等人物事例以及“阅读—听力—口语—写作”的任务链,引导学生从个人理想、坚持奉献、帮助他人和承担社会责任等角度认识有意义的人生,并学习结合人物经历、品质和影响评价他人,最终完成一篇介绍对自己影响最大的人的文章。 二、单元教学目标 Language Abilities 1.Master new words and phrases related to life lessons,personal qualities,social contribution and life goals. 2.Correctly use verb⁃ing as nouns,object complements and adjectives,and use verb⁃ed as adjectives in suitable contexts. 3.Talk and write about useful people,meaningful lives and people who have influenced us,using clear details and examples.
